Stayed here the night before departing D/FW. Convenient location to rental return (10 mins drive). Hotel has a large parking lot and the hotel seemed full when I checked in. Staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. Room was large, but the walls and ceiling were thin and you could hear the people playing cards out in the front breakfast area till late. You could also hear people walking in the room above mine, and since they seemed to have kids, could hear the kids playing and running also. At one point, I could hear what sounded like water leaking from the ceiling. I searched, but could not find any leak, so perhaps it was inside the walls. It seemed to stop once the people in the room above me turned off the shower or sink. The bed was large and since I only was there for a few hours before my flight, only got a nap before checkout. I will probably stay in a different hotel next time.

Had a great stay. The Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The suite room was very clean and accommodating. Great vaule for the money.

Only was staying here for one evening after flying in to DFW airport before driving up to Fort Sill, Oklahoma, but was perfect. Location close to airport - I checked in, drove into Dallas for a little sightseeing, came back to hotel and then drove back to airport to pick up my sister who was flying in later than me, and had it all done within a 5 hour time period. Hotel was clean and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Staff was friendly, room clean and comfortable. I was not there for breakfast.

Other than kids running a marathon in the room above us, which I took care of personally, it was fine.

I selected this hotel for the indoor pool, but I will never stay there again.

Location is a bit iffy but overall it was a nice experience. Breakfast was decent and rooms were pretty good.

Great for a short stay. Went for business with a quick turn around. I wouldn't take my wife to vacation at this hotel but for a short stay it was perfect for me.

Pros: Nice big room, with a comfortable bed Lots of free breakfast options and starts earlier than most other hotels Cons: Be alert of hotel staff who are ignorant. Parking is free and included, but they sell you some "plan" or $25.

The hotel staff was very friendly especially Dan, he was very helpful in helping me find things to do. Their breakfast was good and hot each morning. The shuttle drivers were exceptional and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a extended weekend. Let's start with arrival. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by the front desk staff who helped us quickly by getting us checked in. Next is the room itself. Not much of a view of the city line but the room was clean and spacious for two of us. The bed was made and the floors were vacuumed. I had a king size bed which the bed was comfortable but according to my fiancé the pillows were to soft but I had no problems as I slept just well. The air conditioning worked as we personally like the room cold and it remained cold. The room also had a jacuzzi tub that was in the actual room rather then the bathroom. That was a first for me. I used the tub once but when we did the jet system was very loud so we just relaxed in the hot water. We had to request from the front desk extra bathroom supplies and the front desk was very quick on getting this to our room. The tv was great a large variety of channels to choose from. There was plenty of parking at this hotel. The hotel has a small work out room and indoor pool. I personally did not use those so I can't say anything. And finally the breakfast each morning was delicious. Nothing fancy but it was good. Cons: We were told breakfast was 7:30-10. There were time I had gotten down stairs at 9:15-9:30 and they had all hot food put away and was already half way done cleaning up. I was a bit dissappointed one morning.

Clean room, comfortable and close to dfw airport. Enjoyed staff and stay.

Although the staff was polite and accommodating, the hotel itself was very disapointing. The facilities were old and not well maintained. There was a smell as if they were using chemicals to cover up some other bad smell from something else. The halls were dingy and there was dirt embedded in the floors of the elevator. I have stayed at other Country Inns without this same impression. It was just overall not what I expected. The upside was a very nice breakfast included and the beds were comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep and you don't care about the overall atmosphere, I think you would be okay staying there as the price was reasonable. It just was not someplace I would plan to stay again.

I stayed in this hotel earlier in the year when they were performing the upgrades and thought it was in need of them. The big plus was the location and the staff. Returning this time I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms a neat and clean. I go to Dallas on business trips several times a year and plan to use this hotel as my "go to" place because it it reasonably priced, clean, has a very good staff, and offers everything I need when I'm away from home. Parking is good, it is far enough off the highway to be quiet, but close enough to be readily accessible.

Quick overnight stay to catch flight at airport. Perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and close to the airport.

Everything was clean and good. Staff was very polite pool was awesome

it is a nice hotel still in remodeling, The Hotel is near store and malls

Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Wi-fi was non-existent on the 4th floor. Room was a bit run-down but comfy though. Tv in the bedroom did not work or turn on at all. Notified the clerk early in the morning. Came back in the evening and tv was not fixed at all. Breakfast was very good.
