Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to DFW.

Nice room and helpful staff. Suited us perfectly.

Checked in about 8:30 in the evening irate guest in the lobby, always a bad sign. Lobby was just ok nothing special but not a flop house. Night clerk hard to understand serious accent, but polite. Got a room on the second floor beautiful view of the metal roof being worked on.The air conditioner was very loud and would not shut off unless you unplugged it. Bed was nice veey nice linens. Bathroom was ok the shower was decorated with some really hideous faux marble that just looked dirty. There was also a really large stain on the ceiling. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with some really tasty offerings. The fried potatoes were really good. Finally ready for checkout as i had a flight to catch, thats when I found it. A fully grown large adult roach. I put it in a paper towel and turned it in at my checkout. The attendant was more scared of it than me even though she didnt have to spend the night with him. I asked how they were going to make this right and I was offered a 20% dicount on my prepaid room, no free night or anything. You can do better than that. When in Dallas find a different hotel unless you want to enjoy the company of some 6 legged friends.

The front desk staff is very professional and attentive. The property is pleasant and maintained well. The remodeling upgrades are a plus. Housekeeping needs a little more tweaking, I don't appreciate show and tell linen upon my arrival. Check and check again and don't be afraid to spot check again. Stained/Soiled sheets + hair found in the rooms at check in is not acceptable. Lint rollers are a huge plus for those pesky hairs that linger even though you have cleaned, FYI.

Clean rooms. Good value. Will stay there again if in area.

There are other hotels in the immediate area that I would recommend. This property is outdated and wasn't clean. Save your money and GP somewhere else!

Was a great place to stay well kept and clean. Breakfast was awesome staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

i'm really only in my rooms to sleep, so the beds mean pretty much everything! they had super clean rooms with comfy beds

Stayed here the night before departing D/FW. Convenient location to rental return (10 mins drive). Hotel has a large parking lot and the hotel seemed full when I checked in. Staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. Room was large, but the walls and ceiling were thin and you could hear the people playing cards out in the front breakfast area till late. You could also hear people walking in the room above mine, and since they seemed to have kids, could hear the kids playing and running also. At one point, I could hear what sounded like water leaking from the ceiling. I searched, but could not find any leak, so perhaps it was inside the walls. It seemed to stop once the people in the room above me turned off the shower or sink. The bed was large and since I only was there for a few hours before my flight, only got a nap before checkout. I will probably stay in a different hotel next time.

Had a great stay. The Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The suite room was very clean and accommodating. Great vaule for the money.

Only was staying here for one evening after flying in to DFW airport before driving up to Fort Sill, Oklahoma, but was perfect. Location close to airport - I checked in, drove into Dallas for a little sightseeing, came back to hotel and then drove back to airport to pick up my sister who was flying in later than me, and had it all done within a 5 hour time period. Hotel was clean and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Staff was friendly, room clean and comfortable. I was not there for breakfast.

Other than kids running a marathon in the room above us, which I took care of personally, it was fine.

I selected this hotel for the indoor pool, but I will never stay there again.

Location is a bit iffy but overall it was a nice experience. Breakfast was decent and rooms were pretty good.

Great for a short stay. Went for business with a quick turn around. I wouldn't take my wife to vacation at this hotel but for a short stay it was perfect for me.

Pros: Nice big room, with a comfortable bed Lots of free breakfast options and starts earlier than most other hotels Cons: Be alert of hotel staff who are ignorant. Parking is free and included, but they sell you some "plan" or $25.

The hotel staff was very friendly especially Dan, he was very helpful in helping me find things to do. Their breakfast was good and hot each morning. The shuttle drivers were exceptional and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a extended weekend. Let's start with arrival. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by the front desk staff who helped us quickly by getting us checked in. Next is the room itself. Not much of a view of the city line but the room was clean and spacious for two of us. The bed was made and the floors were vacuumed. I had a king size bed which the bed was comfortable but according to my fiancé the pillows were to soft but I had no problems as I slept just well. The air conditioning worked as we personally like the room cold and it remained cold. The room also had a jacuzzi tub that was in the actual room rather then the bathroom. That was a first for me. I used the tub once but when we did the jet system was very loud so we just relaxed in the hot water. We had to request from the front desk extra bathroom supplies and the front desk was very quick on getting this to our room. The tv was great a large variety of channels to choose from. There was plenty of parking at this hotel. The hotel has a small work out room and indoor pool. I personally did not use those so I can't say anything. And finally the breakfast each morning was delicious. Nothing fancy but it was good. Cons: We were told breakfast was 7:30-10. There were time I had gotten down stairs at 9:15-9:30 and they had all hot food put away and was already half way done cleaning up. I was a bit dissappointed one morning.

Clean room, comfortable and close to dfw airport. Enjoyed staff and stay.
