Our stay was good. Given the cost of an executive suite, I was disappointed in a few things; there wasn’t real cream for the coffee, the mattress needs replacing - the dip factor is heading towards critical mass, there wasn’t a shower mat and it’s dangerously slippery, the air system is incredibly noisy and the air was super dry, and the decor was bland. The nice things were the bathrobes, and the linens were excellent. Water should be supplied.

It was a great stay, wonderful room with friendly staff. My only negative was that the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty. I needed to get out of the shower to get my own. As I was in a rush to get on the road I didn’t tell the staff. However, it was a good stay.

We were first checked into a room with people already in the room. Then when fixed, later on we tried to hook up our wifi and it wasn’t correct because of the room mix up. We went downstairs again and they said we were suppose to be in a room on the 4th floor. We said we are definitely not in that room. So it was sadly disappointing as we have enjoyed our previous stay. Plus a whole list of problems with Moosewoods restaurant last night. It just felt like one of those days when everything goes wrong.
