We had a spacious sea view, floor to ceiling glass window to enjoy this spectacular view. Room was fully equipped and it was prep clean everyday if you choose to. The buffet breakfast was delicious both at the restaurant and the 28th rooftop and again with amazing view. All guest can enjoy a free tea time everyday 2 - 5 pm of which was a complete snack of different kinds. Thank you.

Average hotel. Definitely not 5 stars. There are probably better options around. Buffet breakfast is packed and a lot of the food is cold. Door alarms go off all through the night when people don’t shut their doors fully.

I felt this property was a dissapointment. The breakfast was average, staff appeared more concerned about their phones and chatting with each other. The rooms dont have much sound insulation and you can hear everything from above and next door to you. The hot water seemed to sometimes be hot and sometimes warm. My expedia gold benefits that id requested were ignored and it seems the staff had no idea about them. All in all, i wouldnt stay here again not as a 5 star hotel, i think there are others that would be better. My experience was average but hope things can improve there.

Excellent value with breakfast buffet! Asian choices with a wide variety each day.Top deck on 27th floor has an infinity pool with fantastic views of the skyline and ocean. Nice dining venue on the 28th floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean or city! Rooms were spacious. Option with either ocean view or city views! Amenities include bath robe, coffee, tea, slippers, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste!

The staff was AMAZING. I unfortunately arrived with a flu and a fever of nearly 40. Did not have a bandwidth (or internet speed) to download Grab app or exchange currency. Just wanted to get to the room and lay down. The taxi driver ensured me that she had change in USD. Which turned out not to be the case once we got to the hotel. The hotel doorman bailed us out by paying our taxi fee with his own cash! Which we swiftly repaid once we got to the room, downloaded the Grab app, and researched the best places to exchange currency. Breakfast was delicious. Other than me coming down with the flu during the flight, we had a great stay.

Property was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, which was nice. Facilities were as described and view was unbeatable. Only minor suggestion would be to make the pool heated so guests can enjoy year round.

Perfect getaway

From the moment I stepped into the beautiful lobby I knew this would be the perfect getaway. This hotel has friendly staff, wonderful rooms with all the amenities including a pool, spa and workout room if desired. The restaurant has the most amazing pho and other foods, the breakfast is excellent and there is an afternoon snack that is very good! I know this is the place I will stay again and tell my friends about. There was absolutely nothing wrong or any complaints regarding this wonderful hotel. Hope you will give them a booking!

We enjoyed our stay at Peninsula Hotel, the property was clean and well-maintained. We had a lovely view of the beach and appreciated breakfast and afternoon tea which were included. The room was modern and spacious. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during rainy season so we couldn't enjoy the rooftop pool but it looked lovely. Our only negative would be the location is towards the end of the strip and as people who prefer to walk everywhere, it was a bit of a hike however, no issues with Grab or taxi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
