Definitely not 4star! Staff were friendly apon arrival and was happy with the room enough space for a family of 4, beds comfy but the room was only set for 2 people so I had re request more pillows and re requesting towels which sometimes didn't come even after re ringing. You only get one room key which cuts of the aircon and lights ECT apon leaving and makes it had for a family to do seperate things with only one card. We Only ate the breakfast once because the first time we went everything had run out at 8:30am like bread,milk, butter but once I asked for more it did come out which you don't want to be doing multiple times. Not many western options for fussy kids , no pancakes ECT. The pool and view was very nice but the decking around the pool was all lifting and staff can't speak english so asking for drinks and food was a challenge without google translate. It is local to eateries and walking distance. Apart from this is was very cheap apon booking and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Very clean spacious room with very comfortable beds, just a few minutes walk to the beach and sea food restaurants. The only downside is that this hotel doesn’t provide parking for rental motorcycles. Anyway, I still give this hotel 5 stars.

It doesn’t feel anything like a 4* hotel, looks more like a 3*. Apparently all the premier twin rooms (we booked 2 rooms) are on the same stack of the building and located at a secluded corner right next to the emergency exit and a lift (reserved for staff use). The hotel uses sensor lights in their lift lobbies but they are not very sensitive so take a little while to light up so once you step out of the room, it’s total darkness and although it’s only a few seconds, it can be quite frightening especiallly if you are alone. Location of the hotel is not bad as it’s relatively near the beach (got to cross 2 main streets) and eateries (near the beach). There are many massage places in an alley near the hotel which are cheap and quite good.

While the room in general is great, the bathroom / shower was oddly designed. You cannot shower without getting water everywhere which was unpleasant. Breakfast had a lot of variety but an odd variety for breakfast. Service was really good.

Rooms are a good size and it's a safe area. We enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast buffet was ok but not the best. We only tried it out on the 1st day and ended up ordering breakfast elsewhere everyday we stayed there

Pictures of pool and sky bar are deceiving, but overall a nice hotel with friendly staff. A little glitch at the beginning when our driver did not arrive at the airport, but everything was smooth afterwards. We took advantage of the tours and rides to sites. Very convenient and very reasonable prices.

Great location and great hotel for good price. Everyone of the staff nice and helpful. Mrs Vy in reception gave us good recemendations and was very nice. Great breakfast. Before running around searching for food, try the "papa steak" restaurant right next door to hotel. Very good food and reasonable price!!

Good location, walk to the beach. Restaurants and services are close by. The management was great. Our standard room had no internet connection, they quickly sent people to fix. Then bc it'll take a long to fix it, they upgraded us to a nice seaview room for 3 nights.
