Fantastic stay, great location, amazing staff. A little out of town but made for a nice quiet stay. Would highly recommend this property. Even though there were alot of guests, they made it feel like a very personal experience.

The room had a great ocean view, quite spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. The hotel location was a bit far from the town but very close to all sightseeing places. Although taxi was always available for the town.

Not as new as expected. WiFi didn’t work in bedroom. Smell of toilet in one bedroom. View to outside was to neighbour plot with barbage. Vietnamese food was too westernized.

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and professional. Manager was attentive and responsive as well. The property needs some TLC as the buildings are showing cracks, paint fading and our room keeps peeling and shedding due to moisture.

I was staying in The level room. everything was good but the level room's door need to fix or change becase it was too stiff and when I open or close to the door, it was so loud. We used two room but one was furnished with amenities but the other room has not be furnished without conditioner.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was great. You're right on the beach and had multiple pools to choose from. We also used the spa services and had a great time.

Although the weather was not very good, we were extremely satisfied with our 4-day stay. The kind and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, great facilities, and comfortable room with excellent room service made our stay perfectly relaxing. We especially loved the complimentary 30-minute daily spa service and the afternoon tea time — the menu changed every day, so we looked forward to visiting it each afternoon.
