Exceptional Hotel and staff, in excellent location

My wife and I just spent another wonderful 12 nights at the Monarque, our 4th successive year. We honestly can’t praise the hotel highly enough; definitely the best we have stayed at in our world travels. Everything about it is fabulous, especially the service, which is second to none. ALL staff are so obliging and helpful, and do everything possible to ensure a perfect and memorable stay. What we also love about the hotel is: - fabulous/extensive buffet breakfast - included afternoon tea with nice selection of cakes & rolls - clean, well appointed, and comfortable rooms. We stayed in a Royal Ocean view room, which was fantastic, but the Deluxe Rooms also looked really good. - evening entertainment during Happy Hour in the upstairs bar - pool and lounges - location, just across the road from the beach and promenade (great for evening walks), and within close proximity to numerous restaurants and convenience stores. The only negative, is we wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward already to returning next year.

Absolutely loved this hotel! I would stay here anytime I’m in Da Nang. The staff was so accommodating and nice. My first room was by the elevator and I told them I work US time while there so it’s too loud hearing kids & people going on/ off the elevator. They upgraded my room to such a quiet floor. Anything I needed they made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful & very clean. Thank you to Anita & the young bartender on the 12th floor!

The staff at the Monarque made the stay memorable. Great location for the beach. Great afternoon tea and breakfast buffet. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff really elevated the experience by looking after us so well. Our favourite stay on our 2 week trip.

The staff at the Monarque were wonderful and provided a very warm welcome upon our arrival. Rooms were clean, and hotel was in a very convenient and walkable location. The hot water ran out rather quickly, making for a bit of a quicker than usual shower. Overall a very nice stay.
