Terrible service, they don't have a 24 hour reception so if you want to park your car after 10pm you can't.. we had to wait more than 30 min for someone to open the door for us.. we waited in the rain and cold and the next day no one even apologize. They don't warn you about this on the check in. Also I found hairs on my pillow the first night we arrive which means they don't change the linens between guests.the room also had a funny smell it came from the sink next to the fridge. Overall it was a bad experience I will never come back there and I don't recommend people to stay there. Oh also the day I arrive they didn't respect the price that was book on the website they charge me extra and when I wanted to pay with credit card they said they will charge 10% more for using the card. So I had to pay cash.
