"Check in staff didn’t talk much if it all… I think they just asked for a credit card and that was all they said to me. Just passing through so not much conversation needed but could see some people thinking more words from the employee would be nice. Didn’t affect my rating or score though because this wasn’t my first overnight at a hotel. We left before breakfast was served — but it looked like it would be your standard continental breakfast with one of those waffle things."
