The management team was very friendly and helpful. The overall feel was a bit run down, but our room was clean. The beds and pillows.were comfortable. It could use some remodeling, but for a one night stay suited our needs.

Welcoming check in with the suggestion that we visit the play house. The pool was closed when we visited and most of the exercise equipment was in rough shape and needs repair.

Room was very dirty, bed ruffle food split on it, laundry left in the room, floors not clean. When I went to Orbit and used the filters I requested a dog friendly hotel. When I got there the cost increased because of the dog. There was nothing mentioned when booking. I feel Orbit need to spell this out better. Disappointing with Orbit not spelling this out after using the filters. Will use a different service that is dog related next time traveling with an animal.

The carpets need cleaning and there was trash on the floor from a previous guest.

The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

Staff was very accomedating, Hotel felt warm out. Breakfast was really bad.

I was shocked to see that I had to pay for my brother and nephew to swim in the pool. The breakfast was cold and the manager was rude. I will never stay there again.

Good basic place to spend the night. Nothing special but functional. Mattress was lumpy and bathroom smelled of mold/mildew.

I think they forgot I was staying there. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. Not a big deal since I was alone, but would have been nice.

Breakfast was okay the usual. Called a day after our stay to tell them my husband left two shirts behind. First couldn't get anyone to answer the phone then when someone finally answered they took my name and number and have yet to return my call or acknowledge someone did indeed see his shirts. Very disappointed. I know no one will admit to having them but a call back would've been appreciated.

Everyone was extremely polite and helpful Nothing extraordinary about the hotel, but nice accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.

Nana, Daughter and Grand daughters loved it! PaPa loved the price, location, helpful staff, great breakfast. Next time we will bring swim suits and use the inviting pool.

My only purpose for this trip was to attend my son's graduation. I felt comfortable and safe at this hotel and would definitely stay again.
