Staff was friendly,. No Breakfast, no elevator to second floor. Outdated.

The door was open when we Checked in our room. When I said something up front desk. I was told that it was open to let the floor dry. I told her that it is very dangerous. Not very comfortable to go in any room that is 3-4 " open.

The hotel was the typical updated Red Roof Inn. However, there was no fire alarm in the room. It had very obviously been removed. The TV channel could not be changed and the shower curtain needed to be washed.

The maid staff was efficient and did their job well. But it doesnt overlook the broken remote and tv mount or the weird atmosphere. The room felt like i got teleported to 1970.

Horrible experience! You would expect that with all this covid happening the rooms would be very clean.. not the room was very dusty and the sheets were very dirty.. that and tge vert noisy neighbors was not what i was looking for... I showered and left..

For the money you can’t beat it. No issues. Room was clean. Water was hot. TV, microwave and frig in good working order. Very decent for an economy hotel.

The staff is amazing, and the room was nice for the price. The location was good because we could walk to restaurants

You get what you pay for with this hotel. It's clean enough, comfortable enough, and the staff is friendly enough, but don't expect to be pleasantly surprised with anything. The rooms are worn, and a lot of minor cosmetic repairs could go a long way. I marked "2" in cleanliness b/c of these damages.

We just needed a place to stop and sleep as we traveled through to our destination. The room was clean and met our expectations for a hotel at this price point. There were waffles, donuts, fruit, milk, juice and coffee for breakfast. Again, for the price it was more than we expected. The staff was very friendly and we had no problems during our night's stay.

Shower/air conditioning did not work. Needed toilet paper and was told to come fetch from lobby, did not deliver. Asked for disabled room or room downstairs because husband disabled, Was told quickly not available. I would recommend this hotel if changes made.

I reserved 2 rooms, one king and one queen. When we get there they could not find where I had reserved it even though I printed confirmation. When we finally got rooms they were both 2 doubles. The walls seem paper thin and we could here people partying out side in the hall untill after midnight.

I've stayed many times and it's a decent deal and convenient. My only issue this time was that either there was a ghost in my room or what I'm sure was more the case was whenever someone used the bathroom in another room it caused my sink to start running water. It definitely freaked me out the first time it happened, I'll admit!

I've stayed here a couple of times and it's a decent hotel for the price. This last trip though the room was still seemingly clean and decently comfortable but the sheets had some cigarette burns in them. That's the first time that that's happened when I've stayed there. I don't know why it's necessary to use sheets like that. Seems like those are the ones that you need to throw away but overall it was still a fine experience, especially for the price.

WE WERE LOOKING FOR DAYS INN FOR WHICH OUR RESERVATIONS STATED. WE FOUND THE NAME HAD BEEN CHANGED TO SELECT INN. WE WERE TO HAVE A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK STATED THAT THE COMPUTERS HAD MOVED US TO A SMOKING, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. THE ROOM SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE AND BASICALLY SMELLED UNCLEAN. THE LIGHT BULB AT THE NIGHT STAND WAS BROKEN, NO REMOTE CONTROLL FOR THE TV AND NO COFFEE POT. THIS MOTEL WOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS A DIVE IN ANYBODY'S OPINION. SORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW, THE TRUTH HURTS. THE ICE MAKER DID WORK WELL.

Attention to detail is not a hallmark of this motel. Check in was not smooth. The reserved first floor queen was not availble; at first we were to be put into an 'upgraded' room but it reeked of cigrette smoke # we had requested non-smoking# and the lock was not working. Rooms were extremely small. Highway noise from I-40 was constant. We were finally put into a non-smoking second floor room with 'queen' bed. The bedspread definitely had 'biologicals' on it; yech! The carpet had paint spills in several areas; the door frame was broken at the area of the safety lock, necessitating the time-honored used of a chair under the knob. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The bath light was missing a bulb. The bath walls had holes. The commode flushed poorly. The lavatory faucet was in need of new o-rings. In the bedroom area, one piece of furniture was missing a handle. As we entered the room, we tracked pollen into the room from the unswept exterior hallways. The first floor hallway ceilings had several sparrow nests, and bird droppings littered the floor. #This was never cleaned during our stay.# There was an ironing board in the roon, but no iron. Checked one out from the front desk. The breakfast area was neat but there was a broken nozzle on the lubricant spray for the waffle iron, and no replacement was available the first morning. The refrigerator had spilled milk in the bottom, and this was never cleaned during our stay. Both offerings of dry cereal were very sugary #Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops#. Fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition. The day front desk attendant was very helpful, but he was provided with very limited resources.

Allot of mold dirty floors needs to beer shampoo went out to eat at suggested place ended being gross door got stuck wouldn't open noone at the front desk this was at7 at might u decided

Room was a good value relative to comparable amenities. Central location for places in the area. Skimpy breakfast but the waffles were awesome.

Ok for the price. Cheap but fine to stop to sleep during a long trip

Motel close to Interstate 40 and to an excellent restaurant. Otherwise an average modestly priced facility.
