We paid for the room+breakfast option while making the reservation but when we showed up for breakfast in the morning, we were told that we were not on the breakfast list. I showed my Expedia receipt showing we paid for breakfast but they refused to listen and insisted we would have to pay. By the time we checked out, they seemed to have gotten their act together and gave us a silly excuse about having the room numbers mixed up. They didn’t charge us for the breakfast after all but the stay left a sour taste in our mouths.

Nickel and dime you to death!

They nickel and dime you to death. Pay extra to park, internet. No comp coffee in lobby. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. No refresh of room. Had to go ask for coffee for second day. Disappointed. Will never stay there again. We visit that area often due to grandkids.
