¡Esta acogedora casa recién remodelada lo tiene todo! Con acabados de alta gama y sentado en el corazón del encantador Old Town Cottonwood, esta casa está a poca distancia de los mejores restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y bodegas de la ciudad. La casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca de áreas de juegos para niños y senderos que conducen al Río Verde y al Parque Estatal Dead Horse.

La casa principal tiene tres dormitorios / dos baños completos y dormirán cómodamente seis personas en dos camas tamaño queen y un futón de tamaño completo. We found this property to be well stocked, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The sofa provided plenty of room for four adults to spread out, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets, and the location is walkable to the shops and tasting rooms on Main Street. The lack of a long list of checkout requirements was appreciated as well!

Conveniently Cute

This was by far the easiest check in and check out process of all our VRBO stays! House was cute, had all the necessities, including a fenced yard for the dogs. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, it was a great getaway, highly recommend!

Pit stop stay for Race Event

Super cute house in a great location! We loved being able to walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops in Old Town Cottonwood—seriously, the food scene here is worth the trip alone. The house was clean, the bed was comfy, and the host was lightning-fast with responses (like, faster than my group deciding where to eat—and that’s saying something).A couple of small quirks: the toilet seat had a bit of a rebellious streak, and there were a few minor signs of wear around the house. But nothing that got in the way of enjoying our stay.Now… the fridge. Oh, the fridge. It made so much noise, we thought it was trying to start a band. And it definitely needs a little temperature tune-up. If the host can get that rockstar fridge to chill out (literally), this place would be chef’s kiss perfect.

Great location

Wonderful stay to enjoy Cottonwood and surrounding wineries. Location is conveniently close to Old Town walking distance to everything you want to enjoy there. Short drives to wineries and historical locations. Large back yard for the dog to enjoy and allow you to sit back and relax after a day of adventures. Certainly would make this a place we will find a way to come back to

Long Holiday Weekend

FABULOUS location. It is on Main Street which also means some traffic so if that kind of noise bothers you, this would not be your place. This was not the case with us at all. The ability to walk downtown was exactly why we booked this location and the lovely yard area in back and in front were perfect for our little 4 legger. The house was well appointed with what we needed and the large living area was nice and roomy and ideal for 2 couples. Our only complaint was the linen. The bedding and pillows on both beds were heavy with some sort of scent that none of us liked. I'm not sure if it was detergent, dryer sheets or some sort of spray but it was actually unbearable for all of us. We managed to find some linens in the closet that were not as strong with the scent so used those but it was still bothersome. We would absolutely stay at this location again, as long as this issue was resolved.

Golf visit with old friends

Great for our purposes (sleeping and gathering place for 3 adults). The place has been updated and is in very good shape. The location on Main Street is great for visiting downtown Cottonwood. Facilities were perfect for what we needed (mostly just coffee & tea in the morning).

Great Location

The house was clean and in a fantastic location to walk along the main drag. However, the backyard needs work - the turf was in okay shape but surrounded by dirt which turned to mud from the rains, and the cornhole game needs replacing. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would return.

Adorable Cottonwood Home

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 4 on our recent trip to Cottonwood!! We spent a lot of our days hiking in the Sedona area, and thought Cottonwood was the perfect spot to "come home" to each afternoon. We loved walking around Main Street exploring different shops and restaurants after a day of adventure. The house was clean and comfy. My kids wished there were fans in their rooms - but that's a picky pick to pick! Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us!
