Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.

Bonjour Monsieur, Le manager de l'hôtel est une personne à moralité irréprochable. Puisque votre site de réservation Orbitz vous dit qu'il paie les nuitées, qu'il nous communique donc tous les ordres de virement effectués sur notre compte bancaire. Environ 10 factures ont été envoyés depuis 2017 et aucun paiement reçu. Monsieur prière donc demander à votre site Orbitz de nous fournir les preuves de paiement SVP. Plusieurs mails sont envoyés dans ce sens mais aucune réponse de leur part.
