Hotel is very trendy downstairs but the rooms could do with a refresh. I like how the TV was easy to connect to and the breakfast was great but we did have to move from our first room (room 502) as the road noise was so loud we barely slept. Our second room on the 4th floor was much better but did have an eggy smell from the bathroom drains. The rooms could generally be cleaned a little better and it’s a shame that you have to ask for things like conditioner, dressing gowns etc rather than them being provided already in the room. It was in a great location, but for the money and considering everywhere in central Copenhagen is easy to get to, I think we should’ve picked somewhere else as there’s a lot of other great options.

SP34 was an excellent hotel to stay in for our Copenhagen trip. Though not in the center of Copenhagen, it was very close to train stations and still very walkable to many of the areas. Being close to the train stations made it easy to get to the airport and the Louisiana Museum. Lots of good restaurants, coffee ,etc all around the area. We stayed in 2 rooms; the top floor room (twin) was nice (quiet too as it faced the courtyard) but a bit compact. Due to a running toilet (lol) we got moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. This was also a twin room with a courtyard view, but it was considerably roomier! The hotel staff was really nice for our entire stay, especially helping us figure out their Metro, subway and larger train system. Breakfast was great and loved the evening complementary wine. Great place, would stay there again for sure.

Spacious modern apartment

We stayed in the apartment section of the hotel. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed room, including a very space efficient kitchen. The large windows created a bright space to relax & enjoy living in.

Really disappointed. Our room was so hot (no AC) and above a bar so we had to keep the windows open the entire stay and cigarette smoke and loud music all night long. We woke up to cigarette smoke wafting into the room every morning. Just intolerable.

Perfect stay

We had the best stay, no complaints at all. Staff were all very helpful and approachable and the room was nicely presented. The breakfast had great healthy options. There was also the free ‘wine hour’ which was something we looked forward to each night- they had non alcoholic wine which was perfect for us. Would love to stay again!

Rooms are not worth the price

Some things about the hotel are excellent (location is A plus, staff are lovely, the free wine hour was appreciated and the common areas are lovely) but the rooms leave a lot to be desired - especially at this extremely high price point. Our two rooms were down a small shabby corridor, extremely hot as in the roof (there is no air con), stark and not very comfortably furnished with a tiny showerroom. The amenities in the bedroom were like a 2 star hotel - the bed linen and towels were very low quality, the hair dryer was dreadful (one of those you have to hold a button down on) and coffee/tea were via a kettle rather than a coffee machine as you'd expect when paying close to £500 a night. We were actually upgraded by the hotel to these rooms too,
