Nice hotel. All staff were very friendly except one member of the bar staff, how was very rude. Also towels taken to be cleaned when we hung them up, so not eco friendly at all.

Even though the property was under major renovations, we still had a great stay! Good thing we were already awake by 8 am when the construction started above us. All meals could still be had in the lobby bar. Great and super friendly staff! Great view of the canal. Convenient location. Easy walk to the main train station or a cab was always at the front doors.

We sat in the restaurant or on the patio and watched the people and boats on the canal. We also watched tight rope walkers from the people bridge to the shore right outside the hotel. It is all very interesting and fun.
