First time in 40 years of intensive business travel that a hotel has no electrical power for hours meaning: no internet, no lights,no elevators,no hot water and we are not even offered a compensation!! I believe an emergency power unit is a MUST for a hotel, even if power is reliable in that City.

Amazing location. Great staff. The tv situation is not good. No English news stations. location is perfect !!

Delightful and helpful staff. Outstanding daily breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, bacon, danish, etc. Walking distance to train station, Tivoli Gardens, many restaurants and Hop On Hop Off stop. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! They even had an elevator! And a bar!

This hotel is a short walk from train station and Tivoli. Our room was quite small but in Copenhagen space is at a premium. Hotel stuff was very helpful renting us bicycles and suggesting restaurants.

The hotel is great located, the rooms are big and the beds very comfortables. The bath was ok. The breakfast was good. The only thing is that the room's carpet was very dirty.

Rooms are pretty quiet, as they face an inner courtyard, rather than the street. Walls are a little scuffed. Close to the meatpacking district with many interesting restaurants.

Hotels in Copenhagen are expensive, and this one was a decent value for the location. We were maybe 6 to 8 blocks from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Across from Tivoli is the HoHo bus stop. Lots of restaurants in the area. All are within walking distance. The room was smallish, but comfortable and clean, and no noise! The front desk staff was always very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place for a decent budget type property. Does it compare to the a 4* place? No, but neither does the price! U.S. standards, I'd give it a 2 1/2*.

[...]The room was clean and average size for Europe. Due to an unusual heat wave, no A/C, the room was warm and the town was alive with people out to cool off. Hotel was reasonably quite, nicely located 3 blocks from the RR station, Tivoli Gardens, shopping and sites of interest.Pricing was reasonable for what was offerd. There were nice breakfast selections and the entire staff was friendly. We would stay there again for it's location and pricing[...].

We were overnighting before a cruise to Norway. Rooms are small, but reasonably clean. Room was warm (early August) but too noisy at times with window open because courtyard has a table and people sit and smoke and talk till all hours of the morning. <

excellent breakfast. clean room but dark.
