They ooen my door at 8 am to clean up when check out is 11 i was sleeping with kids. Make sure your staff never do that because what if i was showering i would be more 😡

This place was nice. But there were dirty tissues inside the pull out bed/couch. But the manager changed our rooms right away and sent someone to bring the new room key. There was a scary situation that took place. A person in another room close by shot him self in the leg, so officers were all over the place, elevator no access and blood all on hall floor. Pretty scary and confusing for my young sons.

I loved how convenient this location was to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. I didn’t like that there was some kind of ant problem in the bathroom and they were everywhere and in everything. Housekeeping didn’t really seem to care and didn’t bother to really clean the room besides making the bed. My shower dispenser was empty of shampoo and body wash and never replaced the 4 nights I stayed.
Quiet and comfortable hotel. Very nice room, love the modern feel of the bathroom. Would stay there again if in the area.
