From the moment we checked in the staff was helpful and friendly. We ended up leaving an electronic device in our room and I immediately got a cal from the hotel manager, as the housekeeping staff had promptly brought it down when they were cleaning our room after our stay. This was a nice place to stay, 22 minutes from Pat's Peak. We skied there as a family then went out to the Common Man Restaurant which is 3 minutes from the hotel, there was a pool and free breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, I'd stay there again. The staff was very friendly.
