Easy check in, clean facilities, pool for kids

Clean, comfortable room, very friendly staff.

Great location for nearby skiing

The breakfast was good. Hot tub small. Staff friendly. I would stay there again.

Very nice stay little noisy close to the highway but for prize and quality is ok

The property was probably nice at one point in time. But the current state is dreadful. The carpets throughout the hallways and the rooms are filthy. The pool area was equally frightening. I would not recommend this property at all.

plenty of seating for breakfast

Great Staff! So friendly and helpful!

The polite front desk clerk asked me for my preference.

Nice folks. Basic hotel. Not near anything, but a KFC and a CVS down the road. You're pretty far outside downtown.

Loved the heated pool. Helped my husband with his knee replacement.

I arrived after dark on a Friday after having some trouble finding the hotel (there was no signage for Hall Street from the direction in which I was traveling). I have a disability, and it was a little concerning that the hotel's Handicapped Parking was located around the dark far end of the building rather than within sight of the well-lit foyer, and its parallel parking slots presented an additional challenge. My stay was for two nights, but due to some programming glitch, neither one of the two keycards I was given would open the room's door on the second night, which necessitated a long late-night march back to the front desk. (Did I mention I am disabled?) I was given working keycards but no explanation or apology. All this said, I rather liked the hotel. My room was quiet and had everything I needed in it (well, except REAL coffee instead of the provided decaf). It had the COLDEST hotel refrigerator I've ever encountered (Seriously, my canned beer turned to slushies inside it!) and the toiletries provided were exceptional (that conditioner made my hair look its best in 20 years). The bed was extremely comfortable and did not give me a morning backache. The amenity I liked best was the free breakfast in the lobby, which to my amazement included actual hot food -- delicious, properly cooked linked sausages and wonderfully fluffy scrambled eggs -- in addition to the usual assortment of cereals, breads, juices, and such. The coffee was pretty good too.

Staf was very friendly. The bathroom was not cleaned very well.

The staff was very pleasant and when it was an issue with the cleanliness of the room it was resolved immediately.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Boxed breakfast items due to Covid were fine. Pool and hot tub were open, warm and clean. Kids had fun. Like most hotels doors bang loudly so a sound machine might be ideal if you’re a light sleeper. Our fridge didn’t work and they quickly replaced it for us.

👍

Easy check in and late check out time. Good room size.
