The facility had their holiday decorations out, which made it seem a little homier. Everyone on staff was pleasant to deal with, the breakfast was satisfying and the location was just off of 2 interstates, so it was easy to find and then get back on the road from.

Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The rooms could use some touch up paint. Walls were dirty/scuffed, etc. There was insufficient handicapped parking. Lots of room for Diamond Club members to part. I had to park near the entrance overnight as there was nothing closer.

Everything is okay except the room was not very clean have Dusty the heat noisy and the crew cleaning never vacuum the closet while you hang up your clothes what's perfect before recently changed

The ladies in the front desk were Great. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and my room was clean. I was a little worried because I had a late flight and made it to the hotel a little after 1:00 AM and wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to check in. I called and the young lady at the front desk was super sweet and said it would be fine. Overall all the staff was awesome.
