Cute Place - Wished it was cleaner

This place was very cute and worked for our family coming from out of state for a OSU football camp and campus tour. This place is very close to campus and made it super easy to get to. Jessie was great at communicating and check-in and out was a breeze. The only reason I’m giving this 4-stars is because the place wasn’t very clean. The master bed had stains on the comforter, one is the twin beds had what appears to be crumbs left behind and the coffee table had a French fry on it when we first walked in. I didn’t feel comfortable using any of the dishes because several of them were dirty. The kitchen cabinets looked like they had been wiped down in a while as there were food stains on some of them. I did make Jessie aware and she responded right way and said she will let her cleaning team know about it.

Dirty and noisy neighborhood

It is a fairly renowned apartment but very dirty. The floors in the entire apartment were not mopped at all. The floor was dirty and covered with hair. The bathroom floor was also dirty questioning the cleanliness of the bathroom. The ceiling fans were covered in dust. Also the kitchen appliances were dusty. The extra linens were dirty. The couch under the cushions in the living room was covered in crumbs. The windows are very old and they didn’t eliminate the noises from the neighborhood, especially from the freight train station, which started operating at 4 am.

Spotless apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was a smoke alarm beeping(due to battery) when we arrived. We messaged the host and it was fixed within the hour while we were out getting dinner. It’s very near the university and the fair grounds.

Quaint townhouse apartment

We spent 6 nights at this townhouse apartment. The interior is adorable and clean. Very comfortable and convenient to Ohio State campus, Kroger and lots of restaurants. Overall the neighborhood was okay but as a female I wouldn't have ventured out alone at night. The manager/owner, Jessie was very accommodating.

College Football Trip

Clean property. Near everything. Great response from Jessie. Flexible checkout. Just need to replace batteries in the remotes for the ceiling fans otherwise fans don’t work with lights off.

Good house, but some properties might be changed

The house is remodeled and is nice , but the properties in kitchen are not clean enough for use. The carpet is old and it cause allergies for my friend. The air conditioner is also the other concern.

Ohio Stadium Concert

Small yet comfortable. We had a busy schedule so we weren’t looking to spend an extensive amount of time at the property. Would have liked to had better lighting in the bathroom. Specifically, the mirror above the bathroom vanity. Jessie was responsive and provided prompt assistance with any questions. We loved visiting Columbus and would look to stay with you again! Location is east of 4th, Summit and High. The apartment is cute, clean and well equipped. The owner will also be in touch with things to do. We walked the area and felt safe. Mostly students in the area.

Great location, cute renovated property

Our family stayed here for the weekend during our March Madness trip. The location was perfect as it was only a few miles from both Nationwide Arena and Ohio State. The beds were comfortable and the space was just big enough for our family of four to spread out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the Jniversity District.

Girls get-a-way

Very nice place, close to everything! Only a couple of complaints (and it wouldn’t keep me from coming back); could use another chair in the living room. The carpet corner in the living room was flipped up and could be a tripping hazard. There were lots of dust bunnies under the beds. I dropped something and had to look under the bed, not really looking for them. Good host to work with. Very nice!

Jessie is the perfect host. Great communicator, she offered information on all activities going on the week we were there, also plenty of dining and breakfast options as well.
