Great place to stay

The Bed was more stiff than our last stay & therefore my sleep was not as restful. However, the stay, room, breakfast, service were all top notch. My Hotel of Choice when I stay in Columbus, GA.

Customer Service wasn’t great, no one was ever at the front desk. We had no hot water in the shower. When i tracked down someone, they came to the room to verify and we were told someone would come to fix. We were in town for a short stay to support family. This problem was not fixed for us during our stay. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The continental breakfast was good and I don't usually eat from hotels. Staff was pleasantly nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice size. I booked the double bed room. The bathroom was nice with quality bodywash, shampoo, and lotion.

Breakfast is lacking, Staff & Facility are great!!

Hotel is tough to get into/out of from the road. Apart from juices not being available & pancake maker being out of service, we have no issues, complaints, or concerns. Rooms are always clean, don’t smell like cigarettes or devil’s lettuce. Halls are well kept & the entry is welcoming & clean. Staff is always very welcoming, helpful & personable. Will return!!!

Great stay!

Front desk personnel were very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was comfortable and clean -- except there were no extra rolls of toilet tissue in the room and no Kleenexes in the box. Otherwise, our stay was great!
