I was pleasantly surprised we had a small kitchen and a recliner to watch television. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again the next time I am in town.

Waited over 10-15 minutes for staff to return to front desk to assist with check in. Although there was a note saying they will be right back and that we could call the number listed for help. Called the number and no one answered. Once able to check in, hotel associated shared my room number with everyone in lobby area as she was quite loud. She didn't seemed concerned that my info was shared with others. Most agents circle the room number on the key envelope and point to it. Room was average, one could see and smell that this location was an older location due to cobweb in corner, peeling wallpaper, older furniture, mothball smell, wash cloths used to prop open doors.
Very old hotel, made me feel depressed to stay there. The kitchen towels were FILTHY, as in old food still attached to it, it made me not want to touch anything else. Wouldn't recommend it.
It was terrible the a/c didn't work and the smell in the room was so bad I almost got sick from it. But I have to say the staff was awesome they were full and couldn't move me so the next day I checked out and expressed my feeling about the room and got a complete refund through Booking company and the hotel manager, thank you to everyone.
- I enjoyed time with my family and it was nice to have space to invite family over. Having a small kitchen was nice too. - I enjoyed my stay, but there was just some unexpected happenings, which could happen anywhere. Like early in the morning (7:45am) the fire alarm went off for at least 30 min. and there was no fire in sight. And on the next day there was a helecopter with a spotlight searching for someone late at night, which was a little bit scary. But overall there are no complaints. I would stay there again.
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was small, but adequate. Well equipped. Not enought channels on TV. Good value for the cost.
