The very first room 136 bathroom was flooded with water. The room I was put smelled of a mildew smell. There was a dead roach lying in the door entrance of the room. The bed appears to have been slept in because the sheets were wrinkled and the pillow appeared to have been slept on. Also, the toilet had a bowel on the lid. Upon talking to the manager Jozzete at checkout she was very apologetic and professional. She offered me a free night stay but I assured her that I’d never stay at that motel again! She told me would talk with the general manager about a complete refund. Also, I booked through Expedia and it says it’s an Extended Stay America and that there’s complimentary breakfast in which we’re all false. Didn’t learn that it was Motel 6 until after I had paid my money and received the confirmation email.
