Nice hotel and fitness center but the room wasn't that clean. Housekeeping never showed up on day 2 to clean our room. The windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of them.

I felt very uncomfortable and unsecure getting in and out of hotel late at night. There is an elevator leading to a lobby with no security. Anyone from the street can come in. I also had someone trying to get into my room at mid night. Horrifying.

So glad I stayed here! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! Except for the initial check in where they would not take cash for incidentals (I left my card at home), staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, you hardly knew anyone else was in the building.

This is a great place to stay. The only complaint is that the passage to the Statehouse parking and Ohio Theatre is not accessible on the weekend. The hotel food is also overpriced. But the suze of your room is well worth it, especially if you have little ones. You can park at the statehouse for $15 a weekend instead of $22/day at the hotel.

A friend and I stayed here overnight while in town for a race. Our room was significantly more spacious than other comparable hotels that we have stayed at in the area, and they have flat rate parking with in and out privileges, making it convenient and a good value. It was an easy walk to our race in the morning and is in close proximity to many restaurants and bars. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

Great room, great location, great stay. Had a small issue that management resolved immediately. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay -- the room was very nice and a free cookie at check in is a delightful perk! However, I was slightly disappointed with the wifi connection. I was only able to connect 1 device to the internet for free and would have been charged for connecting another device. This was unexpected.

Everything was great with the rooms, staff and location. We even brought food back to the room but forgot utensils and the staff was nice enough to give us some silverware.

Arrived in Columbus on Sunday for a Monday morning meeting. The location was only 10 mins from my meeting location.

The room was nice but this hotel needs updating. Only one of the two elevators was working and there had been a major water problem on the Third and Fourth floors. The staff was very nice but there are problems with the infrastructure here.

Nice place to stay downtown. It was close to Nationwide Areana. Would stay here again.

Convenient to many attractions in the downtown area. The room was great & the bed was very comfortable.

We had problems getting our room. The first room the key did not work, second room we walked in on someone (occupied), finally 3rd room worked. No hot water for the first 5 hours and we were not told at checkin. And we had an event to go to so it made things difficult. Someone walked in on us which made us very uncomfortable. The room was nice and the hotel had a nice restaurant and bar. Thanks

Upon arrival, started to park in front of main door, then noticed "Tow Away" signs. Turned right a half block away and entered the parking garage, parked three floors up, then walked three floors down (no sighs indicating an elevator), to street level. walked the entire length of the building's front and entered the main door, took the elevator up six flights to the lobby, and while checking in, was told I was allowed to park in ealier spot because they "owned it". Complained that it could have been marked better. Was given parking pass, and the impression that it entitiled me to free parking. Room was adequeate, but no where near worth the price. On check-out was billed for $36.00 for two day's parking, and did not have immediate checkout option, even though they had all my card information. Had trouble with the cablevision and the couch and chairs in the "living room" extremely uncomfortable. Was told that they were remodeling and that my "next visit" would be better, like that is going to happen! Next visit will be in the residence Inn or Renisance.

We had a king suite facing the river for New Year's Eve. A straight half mile walk to Nationwide arena for food. Not a bad walk at all. Lovely, spacious room. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large, quiet and clean, and we had a great view of the Ohio River. From the front door, follow the hall to the elevator. The lobby is on the sixth floor. We didn't see a sign, so it was a bit confusing at first, but everything about the hotel was well above average.

The staff went out of their way to treat my 7-year old daughter special. They gave us a room with as nice a view as possible. She LOVED our stay.

Attended a conference at the Nationwide Arena. This hotel is a 12 minute walk away, very convenient. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Suites are very large in size compared to other places I've stayed. Have never had a negative stay

Downtown location was good if exploring that area. A bit of a drive if visiting OSU, but not bad. Bathroom tiles had mold and were never cleaned the 3 nights we spent there. Otherwise, great value and staff was polite and pleasant.

Getting to the hotel was not as easy as expected with our GPS system. The area turned out to be in the midst of road rehabilitation and not readily accessible. Maneuvering through the blocks was not difficult, however, and we managed to find the place. What was unexpected was the lack of any doorman or valet to check our bags. To access the lobby, you must take an elevator up five floors past the parking levels of the building. Since we were only staying for a very short period of time, it was not onerous, but anyone with any amount of luggage should be forewarned that you are going to be taking it up the elevator. Parking is additional. I do not remember seeing that on the website, so be sure to include that in your cost. We stayed in the King Suite that was comfortable and roomy. The others who were staying in the hotel seemed to find it enjoyable too, as their party continued in the hallway for a short while, at decibels heard normally only at airports. In short, the hallway walls are thin, but the walls between the rooms seem adequate as their party disapppeared behind closed doors when I made it out our door to ask for some hushed tones. While the above review seems very negative in tone, there was much that was right about the hotel. The rooms are appointed nicely and very comfortable. The sheets are silky soft and the bed envelops your tired bones. Finally, ask for the river view. It is extraordinary. And the location of the hotel in the area of the German neighborhood provides some great food and beer. The legendary Thurman's cafe is a mere 2 miles from the hotel -- a walk you will need if you are going to indulge in one of their hamburgers.
