There was a Dead mouse in my room. They switched rooms but seemed nonchalant about the fact that it was there.
I wouldn’t stay there again, the property and hotel are not nice, charged way too much for what you get

The room was so cold or extremely hot...no in between. Floors were filthy. Needs complete overhaul.
I paid for a room with a queen bed and got a room with a full size bed even though I inquired about it I was told it was a queen. All I know is I have a queen bed at home and it was not a queen size bed we slept at the hotel.
Older hotel and lobby not very inviting. Very dated and looked dirty. Staff was pleasant at check-in. Room was as clean as it could be given its age and outdatedness. Windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and pillows were very nice. I've been in better hotels where the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Bed coverings were thin. Breakfast area was dark at 8am. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head for a night I would recommend if you are looking for more i would look elsewhere.
The hotel staff was friendly and the room was very clean. We took advantage of the free breakfast which saved time and money. Out stay was just a quick stopover and we were very happy with our choice.

The hotel was in fairly rough condition, not what I'd expect from a Days Inn chain, maybe a Mom and Pop without resources to fix an aging hotel, but not a Nationwide chain. It was a fairly sizable hotel, with several different entrances that were accessible by the parking lot, the dark secluded parking lot. They had a lock on the door that you used key entry to, however it was broken, so they just left the door open. In my room the heater unit was turned up to the highest setting, the handle was broken off, and the adjustable metal piece that the handle was attached to would not turn, not even budge, so I see how the handle was broken off. So my sleep consisted of waking up when too hot to shut off, then waking up to turn on when too cold. The checkout time was 12 noon, but since I arrived at 3am I asked if it was possible to get a 1pm checkout, to which the response was without hesitation or thought "12pm noon no exceptions". I could go on with my very brief experience... No need to beat a dead defenseless horse. This place is truly an embarrasment to Days Inn, and most likely the last time I would ever consider them.
Seems like primary users are truck drivers. It is convenient to I-71, shopping, adn dining. There is nothing secial about rooms, wihich seem worn and tired.

Easy to find and ok to stay one night and have breakfast

A decent hotel to stay at. Convienent. In location to what we were doing. Room was clean and comfortable. Halls and stairways could have used a little cleaning. Not much at the breakfast I would wat but Crackerbarrel is right next door. Plenty of restaurants close and good shopping just over the highway.

This is a great place to stay when you are just looking for somewhere to sleep. When I first pulled in, I noticed lots of people hanging out and smoking by one of the side entrances and everyone stared at me when I walked up to the side door (which at the time I did not realize was not the main lobby entrance). It was a less than welcoming first impression and I thought, "Oh boy, this is one of those places where the guests are actually permanent residents and I am the obvious new person." However, when I did get to the lobby, I found a basic hotel lobby with other travelers checking in. The Front Desk Agent was quick and pleasant. I didn't have any special requests or concerns during my two night stay so I didn't have too much contact with the employees, but I was very satisfied with what I did experience. The Front Desk Agent told me the closest place to park for my room and I was happy to see that none of the other entrances had groups of people hanging around them. My room was basic, but nice and clean. The A/C worked well, the shower had good pressure and was hot, TV worked well... I really have no complaints about the room. I slept well both nights I was there. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel, too, and it is right off of the highway. It was perfect for me as I was just in town doing some work for a few days and only needed a simple place to sleep.
Hotel is fine for the us short term worker bees that need a clean place to bunk for a few nights. Hotel has new owners and they are trying hard to get it right! Motel is old but the Rooms are Clean, the Staff is Friendly, and the morning breakfast is enough to get you on the way. GOOD COFFEE!!! Stayed there (3) times, (5) nights total over the last (2) months. I'll be back.
