We typically stay here when we visit Columbus for a buckeye game annually. The prices here have REALLY increased on game days in the last few years. Although it is convienant to campus/shuttle I'm not sure it's worth the high price tag anymore (over $200 with taxes!). We may look for another alternative next year. Nice hotel but getting pricey.

Everything was nice and clean, continental breakfast was good.

Clean property. Very nice inside and right off the interstate. Mattress was a little uncomfortable at first, but not a huge problem. The only problem we had was that it's a pet-friendly hotel, and they let animals all over the hotel, except in certain rooms. We have pet allergies, but the front desk agent placed us n a decent room, and we had no problems.

The website didn't say that the lobby was under construction. Very messy and inconvenient. The lights on the top floor were off, so it was kinda scary. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They turned on the lights and apologized for the mess. Both people I spoke to were helpful and nice. The room was clean, spacious and utilitarian. It looked like the free breakfast would have been nice, and was roped off from the lobby construction, but I was going out for breakfast. The location was convenient to the interstate, but my room looked over a seedy hotel and a guy from a room there was peering in from his room. I closed the light blocking curtain. Not luxurious, but clean and decent with nice staff and better price for a night's sleep than the downtown Columbus hotels.

Nice hotel to stay at for a horse show at the Ohio State fairgrounds. Close and convenient.

Traveling from Illinois to Niagara Falls, planned overnight stay in Columbus to break up the drive time. Spent time in Short North where I had visited before. This time unseasonably cool, rainy night so not able to walk around much. Hotel was fine, though.

Staff were on top of their game, very professional, respectful and courteous

Clean, friendly, and great Breakfast options. Only downfall was 9:45 am day of check out. Heard a faint knock and before I could get to door; housekeeping was walking in. Would of been nice had she announced herself or better yet give me more than 5 seconds to get to the door.

Ive stayed in many Comfort Suites before and ALL were very good,I stayed because I had a early flight. Good location for airport access, Bad location(neighborhood), Genral overall lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel including the room, the lobby even the elevator. 2 ice makers not working and 101 degree weather. I arrived late,10pm, the A/C was not on at all, the room was stuffy and did not cool off by the time I had to be up for my early flight, This should be a $19.95 a night room and that would have to be negotiated before I would ever consider returning, no I take that back I would not go back for any amount.

room was nice. bed was noisy and not real confortable. breakfast was pretty common. staff didn't talk english very well and couldn't give directions. location didn't look too safe.

Great location, quiet, quick registration and departure. hotel stay was overall great. great breakfast bar. accomodations very good. however, the walkway to the hotel was not salted or cleaned this was a very bad situation for trying to get into the hotel. parking lot was plowed but not salted so very dangerous situation in and out of parking lot. lots of icey conditions, that could have been taken care of easily with at least the walk end into the hotel with a little salt preparation.

Generally clean. I did find pillow cases and towels with hairs on them. Also comforters were replaced with one of them having what looked like a urine stain on it. They used way too much Lysol to clean the room while I was away for the day. Total night stay was 5 nights.

The hotel was extremely difficult to get to, as it isn't listed in any of the informative literature offered at the airport. It is in a rather dicey location in Columbus. The nearest restaurant is a McDonald's, and there is pretty much nowhere else to go within walking distance. The "fitness center" is a closet-sized room with 2 broken machines and no weights. Overall, the experience was depressing.

I stayed 2 days and found hair on either the new pillows, sheets, or towels each day, and the shower head had mildew on it. For the price I paid, I would have thought I wouldn't have to find items like these! Also, their "free high speed internet" by wifi is apparently only in the lobby area, not in the rooms. Lastly, the shower's water pressure leaves something to be desired...

We arrived at 3:00. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00. We were told our room was not yet ready, but would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We waited patiently in the lobby. Our room was not ready until after 5:00. Would not recommend checking in before 5:00.

The hotel was very clean; staff were very friendly. Free continental breakfast had many choices: cereal, muffins, danish, waffles you could make yourself, with coffee, hot water/tea, juice, milk, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is also very conveniently located off I-71, across the street from the Ohio State Fairgrounds and only 1-2 miles from downtown. Parking was free and ample. My only complaint was that pool was closed for refilling during the one night I was free!

I'm sad to say that the lobby was dingy,on our arrival the elevator was filthy only to be topped by vomit on the floor of the elevator when we used it in the morning. The room was a litle dirty & the mattress needed to be replaced. My daughter goes to school in Columbus & I assure you that I won't be staying in this hotel.

This hotel was nice and clean, but close to a bad neighborhood. Easy access to the freeway though.
