You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Wayside Getaway with cozy patio & private hot tub!
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! You have the whole house, a front porch to relax on, smokeless firepit & seating, secluded patio out back with pergola, another seating area and a private 7 person hot tub! Bikes and toys for kids, and welcome public access to over a dozen playsets right next door on our sales lot. Play to your heart's content! 2 car garage with level 2 EV charger available.
There are 3 rooms and a full bath on the second floor. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The third room is dual purpose, with a workstation and a futon which could also sleep 2.
There is a 1/2 bath with toilet and sink on the main floor. The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a table for 4.
The cozy living room has an electric fireplace and flat screen tv.
There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, and an ironing board and iron upstairs.
There is a detached 2 car garage with 8x7 garage doors which are available for your use, as well as lots of room for additional parking.
We are still working at creating a cozy outdoor patio and dining experience along with a 7 person hot tub, and more amenities to follow!

The business next door has a couple dozen very large kids playsets on display, and you are welcome to try them all out! The parking lot next door also has a free level 2 EV charger that you can plug into.

Wayside Getaway met all of our wants and needs. Great location with easy access to all surrounding points of interest. Host was welcoming, and met us at the property, as well as quick to respond to our questions. Downtown Columbiana great for boutique shopping, and Firestone Ranch for dining. Property amenities were great! House was cozy for our Hallmark Christmas town experience.

Jason is very easy to work with, from booking to check out it was a breeze. This is our second time staying here while our granddaughter competes in the barrel racing youth championships at Garwood Arena. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house is clean and had all the amenities we needed and more for our stay. Our family loved the patio space with the hot tub and the massage chair was an added bonus! Property manager communicated quickly and effectively when we had a few questions. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean big house
Very clean! Looks like new carpet and renovation! Comfortable and very clean furniture and the bed and linens were very comfortable too. There is a large massage chair that our few visitors enjoyed in moderation. The water pressure in the shower is good and water smells clean. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked very clean and hot. Host was very responsive when needed. We look forward to renting Wayside again next year to visit our relatives. Very convenient location.
