We came for our daughters, basic training graduation plus some extra adventuring. We really appreciate the hospitality and the kind workers! Yes, the hotel is older, and with that comes things that are uncontrollable and should not harm the overall rating. I will absolutely stay here again! We enjoyed the breakfast and the biscuits and gravy are amazing, but nothing special. This is a great place for those who appreciate the little things in life.

I asked for a non smoking room and my room smelled nothing but smoke. Sheets and blankets smelled nothing but smoke had to buy my own. Carpet was disgusting room 242. I even had to light up a candle for a better smell…..

Ac worked, that’s the only positive. Everything else was awful here, carpet was dingy and nasty, smelled old and musty, the bed was not comfortable, the bathroom looked dirty, maybe from being 20 years old. This is not a hotel, it’s a cardboard box with a couple upgrades, the price really should be around $30 night for what you get. Lots of foot traffic all through the night, not a safe feeling place either. Don’t take your family here, again, for $100 a night you’d expect clean carpet and somewhat updated bathroom features, everything here was awful.

The staff was very nice. But the property is run down and dirty. There were stains on the furniture and carpet. The bathroom counter needed scrubbing. To use the WiFi I had to go to the lobby. It didn’t work in my room.

It was very convenient to Ft Jackson. Needs updated, especially replace dirty carpet and chairs. Linens were clean and bed comfortable. I believe they house homeless families.

This place was the worst motel I've ever visited. I urge everyone to stay away from this place it's dirty, nasty, unsafe to your health. We woke up feeling sick. If I hadn't drove 16 hrs straight spent all day in the sun for family day at fort jackson I would have gone somewhere else but sleep depravation kicked in and need to sleep. Stay away from this place everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sheets in our room were dirty (not sure if it was mud or something else…) when we arrived so the very nice clerk got us a new room. The room appeared clean but I woke up with bug bites on my neck and arm. A cockroach ran across the counter when we went to the office the next morning too. 😫

Close and convenient (Fort Jackson graduations)

If you are not looking for luxury and just want a place to sleep, this is a perfect place to book a room if you have a graduating soldier at fort Jackson. The gate (2) is 5 minutes away, and there are a ton of places to go eat around there. The management was very helpful and accommodating we accidentally booked a room in a smoking area and they offered to filer the room out, and and give us a room on a non smoking section when a room was available since all the rooms were booked due the graduation. Like I said if you just want a room to sleep in and is very close to fort Jackson gate 2 this is your place!
