Worst Ever experience at a hotel. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Sticky floors. Three thug teens in hoodies knocked on my door continuously at 1am, most likely trying to get into the room and rob me. One of the rooms on the bottom floor had a broken window. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. You’ve been warned.
December 2020, room 135. Good WiFi, good heat/AC, good beds, good TV, good hot water. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker. Good place to stay for a quick weekend trip.
Room 117. Remodeled room, clean, everything worked. Good beds, good TV, good WiFi, good AC, good hot water.
Dead bugs on the window sill. Dead roach on the shower curtain. Live roach near the sink. Room smelled musty. People that work there seemed very nice though.
Located not far from Interstate. Within walking distance of a restaurant that was very very good!
The room looked just like the photo and it was clean

I usually stay in red roofs but after this last experience I would not stay in a red roof again.

I have 30 year of experience working in cleaning offices hotels and hospitals and when I saw the bathroom the wall and the tub were duty before rent the rooms the supervisor has to check the room
The hotel has basic accommodations and the price was right for the one overnight wh needed for our trip.
Check-in was phenomenal. Antoine was charming & helpful despite being very busy. However, the actual hotel/room were lacking. I was traveling with another person but we only had one towel in the room. The shower was very hard to operate & the tub was filthy. The noise outside was AWFUL at all hours of the day & night. I wouldn’t feel safe there as a single female. I was so glad I had someone with me.
We stood in the lobby for a good 15 minutes before we even saw anyone in reception. Heard the phone ringing and ringing and no one answered it. If I hadn't prepaid, i would have been long gone. People started lining up behind us and still we waited and waited. One couple left. I couldn't believe how bad that was.

location and price were good for basic training graduation. however, we learned that standard rooms have very few amenities. no microwave or fridge to name a few. We had to leave a day early and the staff said we would be refunded for 1 night but have yet to see it back in our account
