Not A Happy Customer

Well when we got there the floor clearly hadn't been vacuumed because stuff was on the floor. Then we went to put our stuff up and clothes were still in the cabinet. Also none of the trash bags were put in the trash cans. The next day we asked for a trash bag and towels. We were told we couldn't have a trash bag and if we wanted to throw our trash away we had to take it to the dumpster. The beds were soooo lumpy. A few of the staff were very nice and a few you could definitely tell did not want to be there. Would I ever stay there again...no way.
