BUG INFESTED! Hotel was old and rooms were dingy The staff was extremely rude. I found a bed bug in my room and when I showed the staff a picture of the bed bug she accused me of lying and said it wasn’t a picture from their hotel. She then followed me to my room and saw the bug and accused me of bringing it from home. She was extremely rude and I was angry with how she was treating and accusing me. Another lady I was traveling with said she had ants in her room and they also accused her of bringing them from home. Unbelievable!!!

Good property and hotel. Staff was nice & professional. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! However, it was not as clean as I expected. I know that it is a lower rate hotel compared to others more stars. If they invest in the housekeeping & cleanliness (even smell), I actually think this place would be great!

Issues with the staff and cleanliness of room. Also had some money go missing out of room - we ended up moving and didn't get refund on prepaid nights - but couldn't stay after finding bugs.

The experience was rough, we ended up moving hotels after 2 nights when we found what we thought were bedbugs, we reported the issue to the hotel and they said they looked and couldn't find anything. They offered to refund us but we only got a partial refund because they were bought through ORBITZ on special pricing.

Large crack in wall(Rm 103) allowed cold air to enter, especially when outside temp was 15F. Heat pump was not effective at overcoming cold air. When outside temp rose, no problem. Breakfast layout/options was excellent. Desk staff was very helpful; changed our room to be near relatives.

I have stayed at this Quality Inn on three other occasions. It is always a wonderful experience. The on duty manager, Sheila, was very friendly and helpful. She took time to visit with me and made me feel very welcome. Their hot breakfast is the best! They offer pancakes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and absolutely delicious fried potatoes along with the customary cereals, breads, and drinks The entire staff is very polite, welcoming and professional. I will always stay in this hotel when I travel through Jefferson City!

Ok hotel. It certainly doesn't have the amenities of a higher end hotel but for the price it is a good deal.

needed a place to stay to visit a relative. Worked great. Better than ave breakfast. Stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn express.

Loved it! The jacuzzi was so pleasant. Grateful to have one in the hotels these days. Staff very helpful.

Good property and hotel. Staff was nice & professional. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! However, it was not as clean as I expected.
