location was perfect for us. The rooms were clean. The coffee in the room was horrible im not sure if it was old or what!!!! I guess that's just hotel room coffee LOL

Rooom was fine. WiFi and streaming hookup was easy to use. Location to the Capitol is convenient. Received a bill after my prepared stay for a $10 facility fee. Not sure what that was for.

There needs to be more trash dispensers around. A continental breakfast would be appropriate. The buffet was overpriced. The pool had so much chlorine that it burnt the kids and my throat, it put little blisters around their mouths, the odor was so over powering that it would make it hard to inhale and the water could of been warmer. I couldn't stay in it very long.

Rooms were unavailable at 6pm. Front staff rude and unprofessional. Rooms smelled and stuffy, toliets broken. Will never stay here again.

Location and the Starbucks next door is an added bonus.

Great staff. Nicest hotel in Jefferson City. The hotel is older but they keep it in good shape and the staff are very nice.

Very loud music is played in the middle of the hotel, which has an huge open cavern, every Friday and Saturday. The large organizations that are here are in the middle of the hotel since the hotel does not have a separate conference room, so there are tons of people in the lobby and on the elevators. This is not the hotel to book if you’re visiting.

check in personnel were very friendly and professional

Too many horrible things to list them all. Moved rooms multiple times due to rooms with bad maintenance (broken air conditioning, broken light fixtures etc) loud, some staff exceptionally rude others very polite and kind. Was actually ignored at the front desk for more than 5 minutes while waiting in line for towels that I asked for 3 hours prior. Was a series of horrible things that ended in them overcharging my credit card causing the bank to believe the charges were fraudulent. Used to be a great place to stay now it might be clean but that's all it has going for it.

Room was fairly clean. Bathroom was adequate but small and dated. Beds were comfortable and bedding was up to today's standards.

This was a very nice and quiet hotel stay at I will do it again soon sometime

Wonderful staff but facility needs work. TV wouldn't turn on- hotel responded and fixed within 15 minutes. Ran out of towels in pool area. Tub barely drained- water over my ankles by end of shower. Hotel was very clean but for being the most expensive place in town, I was disappointed that such basic items were not working properly. Awesome customer service and very convenient location within walking distance of the Capitol and downtown shopping.

Good alternative in terms of price and distance on Mizzou football weekends. Easy drive to and from Columbia. Some trash noted in the flower boxes inside facing the atrium by the elevator.

Great place to stay when returning from a Mizzou game.

The hotel was very easy to get in and out of. Not just the room but the parking and access to the street was great. The only bad thing I can remember is that one room was very cold because one of the bedroom heaters did not work. It was nice and quiet even tho the hotel was somewhat full. I would stay there again.

This was a dirty, old, and very unclean hotel. It is one of the worst hotel I have ever stay in and I travel a great deal. It was so bad that we checked out after one night and left our deposit for the second night rather than stay another minute in the dirty place. This is a D minus property! You have to be blind or kidding me to call it a AAA property. This was one of worst hotel experiences I have had and I will not use [...] again to guide me to hotels

Just spent one night, the bed was a little firm but the bedding and pillows were good. The room was very clean, just a little tight but OK for one night. Had a drink at the lobby bar and the bartender(female) was very friendly and her service was excellent.

We stayed here on a "Parent's Weekend" for Mizzou and their first home football game. Easy to find from Columbia. King bed was two twins pushed together...Very uncomfortable. Our 6'1" son had his feet hanging off the end of the bed on the suite's hide-a-bed. It too was uncomfortable for him. Air conditioner worked, but was slow to cool the room. There were many families in the hotel that night. Guests were allowing their children to run the hallways at 2:00 a.m. This seems to be a trend,as it has happened in the last three overnights we have done in three different locations. The price was lower by $24 than quoted on Orbits...so that was a nice surprise!

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel! We appreciate your feedback. I will be speaking with the engineering dept today so they can check on the pool. Thank you for letting me know about that. We have to keep in at a certain level, by law so based on that some may be more sensitive to the levels. Sara McKinzie Hotel Admin
