Very nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I like this motel because of the full furnished kitchens and proximity to the grocery store. No pool. Outdoor grills. Very nice lobby. Usually one day a week that have a catered dinner.
This hotel is very clean and modern, close to everything, yet located on a quiet street. There is a movie theatre and mall within walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and very accommodating. We definitely felt at home there. We are looking forward to staying again.
Very clean. Room was perfect. No complaints. Would for sure stay there again. No breakfast here. But you do have a kitchen with everything you need. Very clean. Stores close by, mall, ymca. The check in went smooth. Very good staff. Had to wait a little but they had been very busy. It was not a problem. No pool. The nicest hotel I have stayed at.
We had a great experience at the hotel beginning with check in and a fun gift bag including eclipse glasses, moon pies, milky way, etc. very clever and above and beyond. They also had a great breakfast for us in celebration of the eclipse. The room was great and you could not have ask for more attentive employees and full of suggestions on where to go etc. It was great
The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. My room was clean. As is typical with Candlewood Suites, there was no free breakfast. The Hy-Vee grocery store was a very short walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
I spent just two nights in Jeff City on business. The room was clean and comfortable. Maid service is only once a week, but I actually liked not having to pick up the room before I left for the day. This is much more than a standard hotel room- nice kitchen, refrigerator w/ ice maker, etc.
I always try to stay here when I travel to Jeff. It's always nice and clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. Great place to relax and also get some work done in the evenings. The kitchen area is wonderful and the beds are always comfortable.
I was so happy to be back at the Candlewood it was like coming home. Everything was perfect...the king size bed, the kitchenette and of course the wonderful staff and managers. And it was a great place to view the total eclipse. A perfect place any way you look at it.
The rooms are sleek and clean with a very nice kitchenette. I hated I was there for only one night. When I got home I realized I had left my phone charger, which conveniently, had my initials on it (take note!) or they couldn't have known which to send of the many left behind. They kindly mailed it back to me, which was a small gesture but greatly appreciated.
We stayed here while my husband attended a conference in Jefferson City. We did not stay at the conference hotel because I went with him and I wanted a kitchen so I would not have to eat out for every meal (breakfast and lunch were provided for him at the conference). There is a grocery store within walking distance of the hotel which is very convenient. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a kitchenette, and a large workspace. The hotel did not include breakfast, but since you have the kitchenette you can easily make whatever you want. I really appreciated that they have other kitchen supplies (toaster ovens, crock pots, waffle irons, etc.) that you could borrow. As an extended stay, they don’t clean the rooms daily and if towels are needed you go to the desk to trade them out. Since we travel with our dog, this is what I typically do anyway. They accept pets with proper vaccination records, and have a nice grassy area behind the hotel to take them out. There were stations to hold bags to pick up dog waste, however there were no bags even after informing the desk. The hotel had a very nice gym that included two treadmills, stationary bike, elliptical, free weights, cable machine, bosu, foam rollers, and mats. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again.
