Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. The cabinets in the kitchen and elsewhere were unorganized and dirty in some instances.The shared bathroom at the end of the hall needs a place to put things. There is enough room for a shelf or something with the pedestal sink. Positives - the home met our need for space, overall. The hot tub was nice. I'm sure the pool is great at the right time of year! We were really hoping to find a place to use each year at this time as a family gathering since the location is neutral for all of our families.

We will definitely be back. It was a great place to spend the weekend with my grown kids for Christmas. The house was inviting and even had a Christmas tree! The boys enjoyed playing pool. The pups enjoyed the dining room window where they squirrel watched all day. Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful host. We truly enjoyed stay.

We really enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay at Muletown's Modern Comfy Cottage! The house was comfortable, spacious and inviting! We relaxed, swam, made s'mores at the fire pit and hung out with our friends who met us there for the weekend. Mercedes was such a helpful host and contact person! Communication was good and she was super helpful and friendly! House was well supplied and we loved the swing bed and the rainfall showers. We hope to be back sometime! Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home.

Beautiful home and so well decorated! House was perfect for the six of us and we loved the pool. Host was responsive thought of everything! Main suite bed was incredibly comfortable and so was the family room. Everyone’s favorite spot though was the swinging bed in the porch! Would come back again and again!

Everything was so pretty inside and out. Great set up for traveling with family. Stairs truly are at every entrance, but the struggle is worth it. The POOL was amazing, Big! Lots of space and outdoor spaces. Very private feel in a neighborhood.

Very fun! Pretty neighborhood.

Lovely neighborhood and loads of fun with pool. Great places all throughout the house for relaxing, eating, hanging together. Very comfortable beds. Great sunroom and little screened porch. Pool was huge and salt water wonderful. Be aware all entrances in and out of the home require doing stairs!
