The room was atrocious one of the most dirtiest rooms I have seen at a hotel. The staff was rude. No manager on duty to make formal complaint. I paid a great deal per night to stay in a motel that looked like it was rented by the hour. I travel all over the country and have not such a bad experience. I ended up cleaning the room and bathroom prior to me sleeping in the bed.. The room had not been cleaned in months. I checked out a night earlier due to the conditions of the room. I will not be staying in a Days inn Windham throughout the country any longer due to this experience. I have photos of before and after of the room. I will be notifying corporate Days inn of the conditions of the site.

My check in was terrible and my room was musky and dirty. Never been cleaned before offered to me. Jacuzi wasn't working and was filthy. I just wanted a one night stay but this was my worst experience ever for a one night stay over.

Parking was easy, there was a cute little pool but I didnt get to swim in it but staff was fine they had someone new on shift so that was okay. The room was dirty, roaches everywhere, stained shower; didn't even touch it because it was so nasty, barely enough light for the bathroom, overall disturbed by the multiple roaches.

Absolute horrible experience!

I'm disabled so I requested a first floor non smoking room as stairs are very difficult for me and a king bed. I was given a room that was filthy and smelled horrible, there was a 2' roach in the shower, fridge was iced over with leg broken off. Sticky stuff on sheets and dirty stains on loveseat. I called front desk, the phone didn't work so I called on my cell. The desk clerk came and agreed this room should never have been booked. She gave me another room but it was a smoking room, she said that was all she had on the ground floor. She offered to spray the room. I accepted as I needed a room and had no vehicle at the time to leave. After a little bit the spray no longer helped and I spent the night irritated by the cigarette smell. The next morning I went to get the "breakfast" they were supposed to have which was only waffles, cereal and coffee but on the way noticed only about a dozen cars in the whole parking lot and curtains were open on non smoking rooms that would have been available. Their ad is totally misleading and this hotel , which used to be really nice is now absolutely awful.

The fat lady that works in the office harassed my sister and me at the pool, assuming we did not have a room. Then the manager came outside and he started harassing us, explaining that because we had SC car tags then we must be using their pool with out a room. He threatened to call the police on us. He then started making up rules that there's no smoking or drinking. The only sign barring anything was a sign that said "No Glass". The rooms are disgusting and nasty. We only came for the only clean thing there; the swimming pool!! Don't bother wasting your time in this DUMP!
