It was convenient to what I came to Columbia for.
SO very refreshing to be greeted quickly by such a pleasant desk clerk! She knew just what we needed after checking in: elevator, dining room, and they even have a bar! AND while it's small, they have miscellaneous essentials right up front for purchase. Honestly - I wonder if our room has ever been occupied it is so clean and shiny! I felt like a queen with the generous size of my bath towel. I'm SO glad hotels have switched to large-size shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The air conditioner doesn't even blow on us - and while we didn't need an "accessible" room, our room and bathroom is immense (no doubt partly why the a/c doesn't blow onto the bed), and there is all sorts of counter and closet space for our luggage. All in all, this Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport has hit it out of the park!
Staff was Amazing
Everything Else was good. The desk staff and everyone one else were really good. We had trouble with the staff who served food there. One guy got offended when he got us the wrong orders. That attitude doesn't work in the service industry at all. The food was okay. But the staff who serve the food need a lot of improvement. We saw another staff member apologising for that guy which shouldn't be the case at all. If some one speaks in a different accent to them, they better be patient and listen to what a person is ordering.

It is close to the airport, it is clean and the attention was excellent.
The floors in the hotel room was dirty! It didn’t look like it but if I would get out of the shower with clean feet and then walk around the room my fit were dirty! Then put white socks on and my socks were black from the floors!

Great for an airport hotel. Airport shuttle service is nice. It is clean and staff are very helpful. I only stayed one night, but it was a decent hotel. I had no concerns.
