Overall, the experience was good. Check-in was a bit chaotic, as it appeared that the receptionist's family, including her young child, was present during the process. She seemed a little distracted, and her toddler was at the front desk on the floor. It just came across as unprofessional.

We were impressed with our stay start to finish. The hotel front desk couldn’t be more friendly. The hotel was super clean and the rooms spacious. Had great grab n go snacks/drinks and an excellent bar/restaurant with good food and drinks! The bartenders are super friendly and provided high level customer service! Parking is ample and lots of food around. Right off of I-26.

This is the best hotel in Columbia. This is my second time staying here and it’s absolutely beautiful. Clean clean clean. The staff are the best. Gorden in the kitchen was amazing and the woman in the evening u didn’t get her name but she was absolutely has a beautiful spirit. Thank you all for making me feel like it was at home. I definitely will be staying here every time I come to this beautiful city.
