The pictures looked nothing like the hotel..room was very dirty,sheets had stains,curtains where falling down and filthy. Very run down. It was nonrefundable, so had no choice but to stay.

Had to wait approximately 30 minutes before some one came to the night window to check us in as they were asleep and very unfriendly because we woke them up. As advertised. This is a no frills MOTEL. Rooms are outdated but clean. Needed a weather seal on the door as dirt and air come in from the bottom of the door. Sheets were clean and bed was more comfortable than expected.

The first room they put us in was filthy and it stank. So they offered us a second room which was cleaner but the tv didn’t work, the toilet was clogged so we couldn’t use it and there were roaches crawling up the walls. We left there and spent the night at a different hotel.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Someone else’s hair on the bed sheets, mildew and grime all over the bathroom, bedbugs, and even though it was a “no smoking” room there were cigarette burns on just about everything and it reeked of cigarette smoke

I had to check out a day early and spoke to the front desk attendant the night before and was assured there would be no issues or fees. This hotel stay was the worst part of my stay in Tennessee. The staff was not accommodating. Every towel and face rag in the room was filthy like it had been used, folded and put back on the shelf. It was just an unpleasant stay and I feel I should have been compensated for being inconvenienced.
