The lodge was very clean, spacious, and had a cozy vibe. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked the place and it was well kept and the highlight of our experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a cozy getaway!

Great Location and comfortable place

Somehow I had missed when I originally booked this that it was listed as a condo instead of a house. However I would like to say that the space was bigger and more useful and welcoming than some of the houses I've stayed in before. The open space of the living room and large dining room table were perfect for my whole family to hang out together in. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances that were easy to use. At first I had thought that the kitchen was really dark and could use some under counter lighting, but then I realized that I did not actually have the lights turned all the way up, so that was my mistake. The owner, Austin, was one of the best hosts for communication, which I really appreciated. My family really enjoyed our stay here, the location was as close to everything as you can get in Colorado Springs.

We came to visit with family and see the sights. Had a great time visiting Manitou Springs, Denver Aquarium, Garden of the Gods, etc. This was our first VRBO. Austin was an excellent host. Answered all our questions promptly. The unit was very spacious and included a hot tub (used often) and a grill. We will look for this unit on our next visit

Perfect cozy location

We stayed in April, and in 5 days, we got to experience snow and 70 weather.This was a perfect location for anything you want to see in Colorado Springs. It was very clean, cozy (loved the fireplace and hot tub), and we felt very safe in that neighborhood.The owner, Austin, was fantastic with communication and answered any questions we asked. Highly recommend staying!

Comfortable and everything you need!

Very comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood. Owner was responsive. Private patio, Comfy beds, nice gas fireplace, large hot tub with clear instructions, plenty of towels and linens, shampoo/conditioner/shower soap, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, etc.

Great location

Overall we had a great stay. The location of the property was so close to every activity you may want to do in Colorado Springs. Austin, the owner, was great with communication. He reached out after we arrived to see if we needed anything and very responsive to any requests we had. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. The property itself was nice. I would have prefered a few more items to be supplied in the kitchen for cooking as well as a few more large mixing type bowls and for more coffee pods/creamer to have been there as well but we made due with what was provided. I didn't realize that it was actually a finished basement and not a house but if I had looked closer at the photos I probably could have figured that out. It was private and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there.

Austin was an exceptional host. He was great at communicating with us Property was clean and spacious. Hot tub was a nice plus. Excellent location for garden of gods. Manitou Springs and cripple creek.

Austin was kind and responsive to our questions. The place is great! The hot tub is so necessary after a day in the mountain-and this one delivered! A great spot! Be prepared that there is just 1 bathroom.
