**Family‑friendly layout:** Upstairs you’ll find the master king suite with ensuite bath, a queen bedroom, a second living room with a 65" TV and pull‑out couch, and a fully-stocked laundry room. The basement has a second master queen, a 3‑bed kids’ room with indoor games, a third living room with a 50" TV, a bar/kitchenette w/mini fridge, workout equipment, and a full bath — perfect for multi‑generational stays or groups.

**Outdoor living:** Large backyard and side yard with mountain views, artificial grass for year‑round play, porch swing, pergolas with LED lighting, patio table (6), natural gas grill with side burner, two propane space heaters, 8-seat hot tub with programmable LEDs under a pergola, and a propane firepit with seating and an LED umbrella. Hot tub towels and outdoor games in outdoor container.

**Tech & security:** Fast internet (hardline up to 500 Mbps; Wi‑Fi up to 475 Mbps), Smart TVs, keyless entry, and outdoor security cameras (front, doorbell Ring cam). Video walkthroughs and “how‑to” guides are available via chat.

This is such a lovely home to spend your vacation. The home is very clean and spacious and the back yard is too cute with a hot tub and plenty of space to host your family. My Husband and I just spent our wedding weekend here and the host Micheal was super accommodating and did everything in his power to make sure our stay was stress free. He is super great and fast at responding. I would recommend this home a million times over just because of how amazing the host treated us. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts !

This was one of our best VRBO experiences over the holidays. Michael was an attentive host though nothing needed to be addressed during our stay. The house was spotless and well-stocked including extra towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Two bedrooms up each with a bath and two bedrooms down plus additional sleeping areas makes it a great house to share. High quality furniture made for comfortable gatherings. The backyard has many amenities as well. I would definitely rent this house again.
