Location was great. The room was a bit outdated, but clean

Our tv didn't work and we had to get staff to fit it right off the bat. Hot water in our room went for over 12 hours. Staff had to fit it before we could shower. Frustrating that the physical condition of the hotel was lacking in a 2.5 star hotel. Breakfast was lacking. Not even cold cereal. My kids were very disappointed!! Pool was nice to relax and play in. Bummer you could only swim for a 1 hour period per day, even though no one else was in there at other times. Had to sign up in advanced, cuts out a spontaneous vacation. We have been to other hotels recently and they didn't respond to covid this way for the pool. Works better to leave it up to customers to care for health and social distance themselves, paying customers should be able to use amenities when every they want! We also asked for a pack n play 2 times, 2 different staff, and they never got back to us either way. One staff said they had to look into the storage for it. Pretty disappointing, being it didn't seem like they were ever that busy. Not very family friendly place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel after all the issues we experienced. There are a lot of other options in this area!

The property was quiet and in the center of places like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and several other points of interest. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Clean and very good service. Friendly staff. Quiet for good sleep.

It was pleasing and k for the location. It was in a good location and room was clean

It was close to a lot of attractions and was a good place to stay at a fair price.

It was horrible. They said queen beds. I have a queen bed at home. They were full size. My husband and we’re falling off. I called and was told my room would have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There was no microwave. I was told breakfast was from 6 am to 9 am. I wanted to have breakfast before I went to work . Left at 6:30am and breakfast still wasn’t open..So we never got the breakfast that was included in the price we pay. And we live very close so we often go stay for a weekend. There was signs all over the place don’t do this don’t do that. Like if your kid is under 12 they can only stick their feet in the hot tub. both my husband and I have bug bite marks on us after staying here. We are going back to the Days Inn in Manitou Springs. Never any problems

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, good wifi

Always a very clean property. Great location and view of the mountains.

The hotel is similar to very inexpensive ones. Definitely no frills but is not bad. It is convenient to the city, which is great, and to Pikes Peak.

Close to everything & great staff. We won't hesitate to stay here again.

Just hope that you aren’t on the lower floor, you’ll hear everyone walking, luggage rolling and all conversations. Okay for a quick stop but gosh, couldn’t sleep in the morning as you could hear everything.

Nice place Absolutely enjoyed our stay of five days
