The floors were so dirty our socks were black from walking on it

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large and the bed very comfy We only stayed 1 night as we here headd further into the Colorado mountains. Short walk (about 1/2 mile) to historic Downtown with many shops and resturants Would definitely stay here again and recommend to try it out if you visit Manitou Springs

Comfortable beds and affordable. Close to attractions and restraunts

Room was unexpectedly nice, seating area, nice hot tub. Clean and convenient. Very comfortable. Well worth the money.

Nice hotel, convenient to downtown and places we wanted to visit. Wasn't the most comfortable bed.

Front desk made a recommendation for a breakfast place and it was terrible. Other than that it was on average experience.

Very comfortable hotel. Very clean. The continental breakfast is better than most with fresh waffles. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Colorado Springs.

My family and I had a good experience here. We stayed 3 nights. I highly suggest booking ahead of time - the rates are much cheaper that way. I do feel that the prices for motels/hotels are a bit pricey - but that is ALL around the location - it's just what we expect. However, that being said - the motel/hotel is in the average price range and they fare well in regards to comfort, cleanliness, etc. The staff and management are awesome - and that goes far with me. They are helpful and friendly! The amenities are good - ice machine, washing machine/dryer, swimming pool...I'm not a big fan of the breakfast, but we like a little more at breakfast (they offer exactly what is described: waffles, small muffins, coffee, etc. - not a ton of food and not a huge eating area -- but this is not a make or break for us). It's titled a 'hotel' - but it's really a motel, so just a heads up. Most local places here are, but it doesn't deter from the experience for us --- just means it's a little smaller and fewer perks. You can hear those staying above you (IF you happen to be at ground level) -- but that's with many places. Overall, they are a nice location - very conveniently located right next door (Adjacent to) a great restaurant - has Italian food and pizza, not fancy - BUT VERY yummy! It's also a hop-skip-and-jump (like a couple of blocks) from Uncle Sam's, which has superb breakfast service and food! Great views and wonderful staff = a good stay!

The hotel was a good value near shopping dinning outdoor activities and was located in a beautiful mountain town.

Just a vacation get away from the city. Very comforting and peaceful. was able to see it snow.

Wonderful, front desk staff provides a very friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. They’ll even make a quick pot of coffee for you at check out if you need a little java before you hit the road. Rooms are basic motel-style accommodations, but very clean and comfortable. And, there is an amazing pizza restaurant right next door – Savelli’s Pizza. Just walk around the corner of the motel and you’re there. Conveniently located, Magnuson Hotel is a short drive, or a long stroll, to everything offered in Manitou Springs.

The motel was close to Garden of the gods and conveniently close to the highway. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food. We were happy with the room except the bed rocked like a cradle when either of us moved. We liked the bathroom being in one room seperate from the sleeping area. The breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay . !

Little disappointed in the Continental breakfast, if you get there after 8 am all the food and coffee was gone, they did not fill until 9am and the breakfast ends @ 9:30 am

It was a nice hotel, pool OK, good location. Not many TV channels for young children.

Overall we thought this hotel was a terrific value. Located along a commercial strip just east of the village of Manitou Springs, it seemed like a better option than most of the other hotels sharing the strip. We had a king suite which was very large, immaculate, and comfortable. There's a very nice indoor pool area with a hot tub.

Hotel is in a great location. Room was very clean, only wish they had a larger food selection at breakfast.

Very clean, but definitely a motel. Close to Garden of the Gods. Breakfast poor, so don't even consider that in the price. Looks to be the best place to stay in the Manitou Springs area. Great local Italian restaurant adjacent to the property.

You get to see Pikes Peak from the hotel, and you get a great breakfast every morning. The owners are great people and really take good care of their guests. We walked to downtown every day (6 blocks), and there is a free shuttle that runs all day in front of the hotel to get you downtown if you would like that instead. You can't get a better value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. This Hotel is very well located in relation to things to do in the area.

Hotel was fine but did not serve breakfast until 7:00am. Most people leave between 6:ooam and 6:30am. Breakfast should be served starting at 6:00am NOT 7:00am.
