None of the employees were dressed like they worked there. Had no idea whether someone was a guest or not. Sketchy area. Odd smells in the hallways - pictures represent this place well

Disappointing. Woujd not stay here again.

Was not clean. Found hairs in bathtub. Carpet dirty, especially in common areas, hallways. Breakfast was worth passing on after trying it the first day.

Good stay & would recommend for Colorado Springs! The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The hotel itself was too. Front desk was nice and helpful & it’s in a great area for sightseeing.

I liked that the bus stop was right there and it was free. It didn’t feel clean to my family and the food options were poor at best. Most hotels have a place to buy things that were forgotten and little snacks. This one did not. The gentleman who checked us in was great. The hallway smelled like smoke (huge issue for our child with severe asthma) overall, the stay was okay.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early after a long travel day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would say that the only downfall was that in the pool and hot tub area, there was a group of 6 to 8 children who were running and jumping into shallow water and splashing cold water. The parents did not intervene. After hiking all day, and looking forward to relaxing, this was a disappointment. It was no fault of the hotel staff though, but maybe the area should be monitored for safety reasons

Outdated but ok

It's an older hotel with visible wear and tear. The beds were ok but not the most comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with eggs and waffles, etc. It has an indoor pool with hot tub. Overall it was ok for the price but could use a major refresh.
