It was a nice little hotel in an older town. The sign says it is the newest hotel in the area, I guess in a relative term it is. The staff were awesome. The rooms are nice and clean. It seemed a little expensive for what we got but I would definitely go back. I love the cookies as we come back from a day's worth of activities. The hotel was quiet. It is easy to get to. There are things to point out as minor issues if you're really picky about any of these things. Carpets looked old and a little dirty (it is February and muddy outside). The elevator sounds like it needs some repair work. The TV is a little small in this day and age, adequate but noticeable. The vending machines on 2nd floor were broke. Only issues we had were that they did not turn up heat before we got there, so it felt like 60 degrees in the room and we had to turn if up high and went out to an early dinner to let the room heat up. We did get there 90 minutes early, so I don't know if that was part of it or not. Also, one of the legs on the fridge was missing, so it leaned when you opened it and wasn't cooling right so we used ice and our cooler.

My stay at this hotel was not one of the greatest hotels I've been at. The desk clerk was very friendly and that's pretty much the only thing I can say about this hotel that was decent. Her name was Jennifer and she was very nice and very friendly. As far as the hot tub goes the Jets were very powerful there was one jet on each side that only hit one spot, the bed was as hard as a rock we had to go buy a memory foam in order to sleep the next night we were there, I ended up getting bit by bed bugs and there was a mouse running around in our room which I could hear at night when I turned off the lights and found the droppings when I got home in bags. So I will not be returning to this particular Hotel.

The staff consistently goes above and beyond in meeting my request for no air fresheners or scented cleaning products - most greatly appreciated! The entire property is very well maintained, clean, and safe as well. This is always my first choice when staying in the Colorado Springs area.

Chose this motel for the hot tub and pool--but the hot tub is not usable

I loved how nice the staff was(especially the people who cleaned my room). Also the hot tub in the bedroom was a dream come true. I soaked in that every night after some very stressful days. Really helped my Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Great location Easy access to our room from the back door with a handicap person

Clean, convenient, and updated. Front desk staff was great. We were there for an event that had us in bed crazy early, and we couldn’t hear inside or outside noise. Perfect for our needs!

This was an excellent location. Very nice staff.

Outstanding location. Convenient to town and Garden of the Gods and other attractions

Quiet even though there was road work going on in front plus very helpful and friendly staff!!

The day I checked in the gentleman who was working the front desk was very occupied. He was on his cellphone yelling at someone on the phone. He finally checked me in and rattle off some rules for the hotel, handed me my room keys and continued on yelling at whoever he was talking too on his cellphone. The people above us was loud and stomped on the floor very late at night. I understand that’s not the hotels fault. The shower barely had sufficient water pressure.

This was a great hotel! A little outdated, but for the price it was just what we needed! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Breakfast was great! They even have steamed veggies for breakfast burritos or omelets. The only complaint I have is, they put an occupant with kids above the handicapable room, and i had to deal with a little kid running relay from the door to the window across the room starting at 6:30 am until 10am, despite the staffs efforts of shutting the irresponsible inconsiderate parents kid up. Good thing I keep ear plugs with me.

The location is perfect for us. We stay here everytime we visit the Springs. The only area that could stand some improvement is the quality of pillows.....everything else is great.

Staff was friendly. Properry was quite clean. My granddaughter loved the pool!

Thank you very much for your input. When you have a minute, we would like to know more information about hottub issue. when did you experience hottub issue? temperature of our hottub is set at 102 degree, pool at 82 degree. We check hottub 5 times a day for temperature, chemical levels etc. Our pool & hot tub is open from 10AM to 10PM. Thanks a lot for staying with us, and thanks a lot for your input. We really appreciate your feedback.
