Esta pequeña cabaña se encuentra en una propiedad con otras 2 cabañas justo en el río y a pocos pasos de las arcadas de penique, una tirolina, tiendas, bares y restaurantes en el centro de Manitou Springs. La cabaña en sí tiene su propia terraza con vista al río y es un entorno tranquilo extremadamente tranquilo con árboles de 200 pies de altura. Toda la cabina ha sido remodelada con una nueva cocina totalmente eléctrica, pisos nuevos y baño nuevo. Esta cabaña de un dormitorio y un baño ofrece todas las comodidades que desearía o necesitaría e incluso tiene un sofá cama, un nuevo televisor SMART y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Pase el rato en su propia terraza trasera y disfrute de un buen café por la mañana mientras disfruta de los sonidos del río adyacente o cocine en la barbacoa y disfrute de una buena cena en nuestra mesa de picnic. There were some ants in the bathroom coming from under the wall, but overall the place was nice. Perfect spot to walk downtown easily/quickly.

The location was just a short walk to downtown Manitou. The deck was wonderful-right on the River. The hosts were immediately accommodating when there was an issue with the heater. We will stay here again if coming back to Manitou!

Easy stay in Manitou Springs. Place was as pictured, though ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit noisy (fortunately, we really didn’t need it) and the heat pump was not working (also, not needed). A technician came to work on the latter, but we were unaware whether that was planned or impromptu. We really enjoyed sitting in the back, listening to the stream and watching the ducks play.

The cabin was small but neat and organized. It worked out perfectly for me, my wife and our cat (who seemed to really love it!) The entire area was outstanding for shopping, scenery and restaurants. Everything was just a short and easy drive away. We had a great week!

Great Creekside Cabin

Loved the location, easy to walk to the incline, Barr trail, the cog train, and all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful to relax on the deck listening to the creek after a busy day.

We enjoyed this cabin. It was an easy walk to the Cog Railway and the shops downtown. We loved the creek off the deck. One suggestion would be a more comfortable sleeping arrangement for a third person. A comfortable pullout futon couch would be an idea for the future.

Perfect Location

This little cabin was perfectly located literally next to a running creek. Just charming. It was small but perfect for two people. Within walking distance to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely quaint! The deck next to the mountain stream out back completed the package. Nice and quiet and peaceful. The private parking is appreciated. The shower is a bit challenging if you're over 6' tall but manageable. Would definitely stay here again.
