Excellent stay for our week in Colorado Springs! Having the complete flat was perfect for our family. I didn't realize there was another apartment in the building but it wasn't a problem at all. Jennifer was great at communicating and the location was terrific. Would stay here again!

Home was beautiful! We loved the little squeaks the floors made. It added to the old home charm. Snacks in the kitchen were a hit with the kids. Would definitely rent again if we’re in the area! Communication with host was quick & easy, they’re very responsive & accommodating! We got into town earlier than expected & they were able to let us check in early which was great!

This place was great for what we needed! We were out all day so it was nice to come back to a cozy place right in town. We like charming older places and Frank’s Flat is clean and updated in all the right things. Beds were comfortable. The host was quick to respond. We would stay here again.

The house is very cool - the uniqueness that only comes with old houses paired with the freshness of updates (kitchen, bathroom). It had everything we needed.I would highly suggest the next update being new mattresses. All of the beds upstairs are incredibly squeaky & I was surprised at how EXTRA firm the master bed was (not a typical hotel/vrbo fit). The location is central to everything - manitou springs, movie theaters, museums, etc.

Good lodging

Overall, it is private, easy to find, easy to communicate with the owner, and the kitchen is clean. However, the house is a bit old, so it makes some noise and the air conditioning is noisy.
