Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen in unit sure makes it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with plenty of options! Overall I would definitely choose to stay on an element hotel again!

I love this hotel because of the location! We were attending a high school state tennis tournament, and it was very convenient to go to and from our hotel and the tennis courts. This is the second year we have stayed here because of its location, friendliness, and customer service.

Nice new property very nice room with kitchenette, comfortable bed and clean. The property is a bit of a maze to get around but the store by check in is great for snacks etc. Hopefully the top floor bar picks up it’s very nice, a little stuffy but has such potential.

First time staying here but we would definitely come back! We like the clean, environmental focus of the hotel. The front desk was friendly, the rooms are spacious; with a kitchen area with real plates, bowls and mugs; there is a made-to-order breakfast and an afternoon reception and lots of areas to hang out and work. It was rainy when we were there but we understand the 8th floor restaurant with a complimentary happy hour and meals, has a wonderful view. Next time if it’s sunny we will borrow the free bicycles!

King Room was a bit cramped for 2 people, felt like we were tripping over each other. Left for a day trip came back to a broken AC and had to switch rooms 30 minutes before a dinner reservation, really inconvenient and made us scramble to get ready in time. Breakfast was good, small portions but tasted good. Coffee bar was excellent, the wife loved it. No compensation for the broken AC and room switching fiasco. I would have expected a credit or night re-embersement but neither was offered.

The hotel was gorgeous and very clean! Everyone was kind and helpful and you do have to pay for parking, which was easy to navigate and they just add the charge to your overall bill. I drive a truck and the garage was very easy to navigate. They also have these white noise alarms that are just perfect and helped drown the noise from the surrounding area. Would stay there again!
