Wonderful BnB great location. Historic BNB in great condition. Excellent breakfast. Great host knowledgeable both locally and historically

Location was great, authentic,134 year old house to Victorian design!

Very nice and lots of character. Arlene, the owner is very knowledgeable about anything and everything. Definitely have to see it.

Lots of history in this B&B. The innkeeper/owner is superb. Fun place to stay and in Olde Town Colorado Springs, so within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.

The history of the house and details was informative

Owner gave knowledgeable talk about house history. Nice room (bed hard). Asked if there was anything I couldnt eat, I told her garlic and onions. So what did she serve for breakfast? Hashbrown potatoes FILLED w/onions! Gag me. Pretty house, but wont go back.

Located near shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City neighborhood. Beautifully decorated in Victorian style to go with the house and imbued with the proprieter's personality. She tells tales of her storied past at breakfast. Very entertaining. Nice breakfast, esp. if you like sweet things, but some of them tasted of store bought mix. Nice fruit salad and individual ramekins with eggs and veggies. Only one seating for breakfast.

This is a place with old-style charm and interesting history. The owner greeted us and launched into the story of the house and surrounding city, then let us pick our room. The rooms have different themes. We picked a room upstairs because it was a cold winter night. Other guests were downstairs from our room. Unfortunately, we didnt realize that in order for the downstairs room to be warm, the old heating system would make our upstairs room uncomfortably hot, as in 90+ degrees. We had to open two windows and use a small air conditioner all night. We did not get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple but good dishes of fruit, baked eggs and spice cake. We may try this place again, armed with our knowledge of how the heating system works in this old house.
