Excellent little hotel, very close to the Cologne Cathedral, and with many shops ans restaurants around. Area is actually quiet at night. Love that you can hear the Cathedral bells from the balcony of the room.

Amazing location! Everything is within walking distance — the Cologne Cathedral, the train station, Christmas markets, shopping streets, and tons of great food. The manager was a welcoming and friendly character who wore a smile every time we saw him. The room was clean and well lit. There were a few negatives to our stay, such as a bad smell on arrival but that cleared after we aired out the room, the radiator needed bleeding but it still kept the room warm, most frustrating is there was no access to an iron. Despite the negatives, this hotel ticked every single box for us - although we are not too fussy. The service, location, and hotel in general was perfect for us and I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.
