It’s a fabulous apartment, just ten minutes from the Hbf and Dom and round the corner from the start of the shopping districts. It’s swanky and stylish and the bed is very comfortable. But a couple of things could be improved on: there’s no light over the bathroom sink (it’s behind you) which means basically shaving in the dark; the kitchen sink tap never once ran hot; and there’s sometimes too much style over substance - instead of plates and bowls, there’s a big, designer globe which stacks these things together, which I was nervous of breaking.
Checking in was a faff. They send you an email via Expedia to do pre-registration and also tell you to download a digital key app, and then you have to email/message them the email you used for the app. They then use that to grant a digital key to check in. Except they didn’t for me as they had mistyped my email. I had to go to the Qvist hotel five minutes away to sort it out. It shouldn’t have to be so complicated.
