Although there was an issue with their key card system and we couldn’t get room keys until later in the night of check-in, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The elderly woman working/cooking breakfast in the lobby was such a delight and sweet! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

We checked in after they had a key issue so they were not able to give us keys and had to walk us to our room to let us in. Although this was inconvenient when we left for dinner and came back they handled the situation very well. Great property and the breakfast was great!

Staff is amazing. However, from the time we arrived until we left the room key computer was not functioning. Has the owner ever heard of over night shipping? Over a week where the staff had to escort every guest to their room in order to open the door. As I said, staff was great and took it in stride with no complaints.
