Beautiful newly remodeled home. Perfect place for a family get together for graduation without dealing with the crowded restaurants. It was perfect. Clean, organized and well thought out. We especially appreciated the dedicated ice maker. This house would be an awesome place for A&M family week, tailgating before the game, or any friend/family gathering. Host communicated quickly with check-in information and a checkout list at the door made things very easy. This is one of the best homes we have stayed in, with one of the most friendly hosts. Very comfortable and thought out for the perfect stay.
Kitchen dining area is huge. It was perfect for family to gather before graduation.

What a lovely house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, welcoming and had everything we needed. There was bottled water and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived which was such a thoughtful touch. I look forward to staying here again!!

Aggie football weekend. Perfect for our group. House was extremely neat and clean. Very large and new kitchen. Excellent communication with property owner, very accommodating. I think they are working on the outdoor space, so hopefully we can rent again and see the improvements outside. Definitely recommend this property.

We love this place. The house was beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of visiting room. We come to town for graduation and this worked out perfect. Host was great and response, and most importantly very friendly. No complaints for this trip.Brian

Not quite what we expected

The property has some nice renovations and was mostly clean but we were misled by the details listing it as 4 bedroom. Definitely not 4 bedrooms. It has 3 bedrooms plus a strange side room that has no doors and a small trundle bed. Bummed out that the listing showed "bedroom 4" with pictures from bedroom 3 which was misleading. The strange layout required some rearranged rooming assignments. It didn't ruin the trip but was less than ideal for what we paid. PS. I contacted the owner with this concern three days before leaving this review and never hear back.
